We used this s business? services for mobile RV services. The work was shotty and started to deteriorate overnight. I contacted Melissa, the owner, and explained the problem and asked for a full refund. She agreed to issue a full refund, to have been mailed 2/17/20 to us. The refund has not arrived. I have sent text messages to both her contact numbers, which were used for service and to discuss the refund, and have not received a reply.
