I cancelled my order on 10/24, was charged on 10/25 and as of today, 9 business days later I have yet to receive my refund.
I received an email on 10/24 from Elda ***, I believe owner of co, regarding my order. When I found out shipping was $15.00 I cancelled the order. Elda wasn't happy and was a bit rude via email. The following day 10/25 I was charged $59.00 even though the day before I told her to cancel order. Today 11/6 is the 9th business day and I have yet to receive a credit. I called Elda and she wasn't available to speak to me. I believe she's upset that I cancelled the order and processed it anyway. This is not good business etiquette. I also have a copy of the email she sent me for proof.
Refund immediately and for the Revdex.com to be aware of their business practices. Despite me cancelling the order, it was processed day after and now I have to follow up and beg for my refund. Unacceptable business practice!

Ms ***'s order has been cancelled & money refunded.
We did take far too long to refund her card due to an internal mix up with whether her order had actually shipped or not. Wholesale orders are usually shipped the same day especially if they need to go across the country, as hers did.
MS *** had been registered as a wholesale customer ( salon owner, esthetician) and had been receiving a 50% discount, paying that same product cost & shipping cost for 3 years.
We attempted to call her, left messages which she did not return. We were trying to explain it may take a few days to fully refund her card.- an order placed on 10/24 will appear through the external merchant services as processed 10/25. We called again this week, sent an & email apologizing, guaranteeing she had been refunded.
We understand her frustration, as it did take too long & we will ensure we improve our internal processes.
