Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.They continue to be dishonest in their responseYes, I finally received a refund on 7/27, three weeks after placing the order that was never fulfilledPlease note the inconsistencies in their response: they pretend that I gave them an incorrect number and they couldn't call me about the refundHowever, days after placing my initial order they managed to call me to leave a voicemailAnd after they did not fulfill my order, they promised multiple times that they had already taken care of the refundI called them multiple times to get an answer as to when they refunded the money so I could follow up with my bank, but they gave me a different response every time I made an inquiryThere was no reason to hold back my refund for weeks, and it is a cheap cop out to blame the banks or credit companiesMy bank didn't have any record, the delay didn't come from my bank, it came from them not honoring any business ethicsIf they think I had my timeline wrong, I sure would like to see their recordsI can back up all of my claims with phone and bank recordsThey cannot because they are not truthful in their actions and their responseRegards, [redacted]

This was taken care of in July.   As she was told several times, refund had been issued and should could...

verify that with her cc company.   She’s incorrect about the dates and times of our contact to her but all a mute point since she didn’t provide us with a correct phone number to get a hold of her at.
