I purchased a washer machine a few weeks back and it doesn't even works I called 3js and told them about my issue with the washer and spoke to Andrew *** myself , honesty I just couldn't believe how rude he was to me and he also promise me that he will fix it and the sorry , rude man aint even show upHe is just the worst I will make sure I share my experience with 3js with many more

j'S Home and Appliance Repair is the worst business I have ever dealt with I was forced to use them through my home warranty company First, they came and diagnosed my faulty microwave, and collected my service fee They then called me back a few hours later and told me that they no longer accepted checks (after they already accepted mine) They then showed up at my house after dark to return my check and told me that I would have to pay them cash, which I did not have on me They told me that they ordered my part for my microwave, and that it was in They then FAILED TO SHOW UP for FOUR DIFFERENT APPOINTMENT TIMES, as I sat at home and waited Twice they informed me that I was their next job, and that they would be at my house in twenty minutes Both times THEY NEITHER SHOWED UP NOR CALLED ME TO TELL ME THEY WEREN'T COMING Finally, my home warranty company assigned my claim to a different company When the second contractor showed up, they diagnosed the same part as being faulty, but when they tried to order the part, they found out that it was no longer being made, and they used the same part supplier as J's! So it appears that 3J'S LIED TO ME ABOUT EVER HAVING THE PART They clearly never planned on showing up, and were just stringing me along, as the weeks went by and I did not have a microwave I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY

We have had 3-J's out to repair a dishwasher and I am pleased with them. The owner is very kind and respectable.
I have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS.
