#ffffff;">I got a letter from Revdex.com regarding complaint# [redacted] After carefully reviewing the details in our system.I found out that he "prepaid" gas for $and he used his card as debit which means he entered the pin number for the card and he knew how much he was paying for gas.we hav a receipt for that I will attach a copy of that as a reference Our system showed that he actually got $gas Now if he hung up the nozzle at $ He should have come back in the store and report the problem he was having He is probably mistaken about the numbers I hope this will help resolve the issue Thank you [redacted]
Many times, when I have gone to this station, the printer paper at the pump is out I need to go in and wait in line and ask for a receipt I tried calling the station and asking to talk with a manager, but I always get told to "call back in a couple hours." That's obviously a 'blow off' they use So I e-mailed Clark Brands to complain I got an reply that said the station was independently owned, but they would refer my complaint to the owner I never was contacted further by Clark Brands or the station It seems to me that neither cares much So I have decided to not purchase anything from any Clark station in the future The receipt issue was not really that big a deal Their total lack of interest in hearing from a customer is different I also intend to pass my experience on to anyone who will listen I am simply tired of companies taking customers for granted and assuming that poor service will be accepted

After carefully reviewing the details in our system.I found out that he "prepaid" gas for $40 and he used his card as debit which means he entered the pin number for the card and he knew how much he was paying for gas.we hav a receipt for that I will attach a copy of that as a reference.
Our system showed that he actually got $40 gas.
Now if he hung up the nozzle at $30.00.
He should have come back in the store and report the problem he was having.
He is probably mistaken about the numbers.
I hope this will help resolve the issue.
Thank you
