The service, tracking and addressing customer concerns/complaints at this company is the worst I have ever experienced! Not if, but when an error is made on their behalf good luck getting it solved
Plastic-mart.com was not able to complete the order on timeAfter a month of delay they have informed me that the vendor will not be able to complete the order despite the assurance from days prior that the container has been manufactured and waiting to be picked upThe company did not provide any alternativesI had to call my credit card to cancel the orderIt has cost us thousands in the construction delays
