Review: Ordered items from company and never received them four months later.they refunded my money by a check number [redacted].I cashed the check and found out a couple weeks later that it was returned for insufficient funds and was deducted from my personal checking account.calls to the company was put on hold and was told to leave a number and they would call right back.no call ever received.Is this another scam or what.Check was from Wells Fargo bank number [redacted] Memo:Archival Albums Refund Invoice number[redacted]they cashed my check right away upon receiving my order but never made good on goods or refund. Another case of millionaires shafting the poor people.Desired Settlement: Want the money returned by money order.no more bad checks please Total $54.82

Review: On 3/28/14 I submitted an order for photo pages.Total charges $419.92. My credit card was billed on 3/29/14. To date 4/26/14 no product has been received. No one answers the phone. I have left several messages. Similarly, no one replies to my emails. I am disputing the charge with my credit card .Desired Settlement: Shipment and receipt of product or refund of charge.

Review: I placed an order with Archival Photo Pages, a company that Plastic Retail Displays fulfills orders for, on May 19, 2015. My credit card was charged on May 26, 2015. I have yet to receive my order. I tried to contact Archival Photo Pages and Plastic Retail Displays numerous times and neither phone number would work. I contacted Allied Wallet, the 3rd party company that processes transactions on June 15, 2015 about my order. Allied Wallet launched an investigation on June 16, 2015 and said to give them two days. On the 23rd I called Allied Wallet to inquire about my order and they said Plastic Retail Displays never returned their inquiry. Allied Wallet said all they could do is give me contact information, of which the phone number didn't work, and that they can't return my money. I emailed Plastic Retail Displays on the 23rd and used their contact form on their website and have not heard anything.Desired Settlement: The business has a responsibility to deliver items and fulfill orders when an order is placed. If that isn't possible, return the money of the consumer. Judging the reviews on their Facebook page, I am not the only person who has had these issues.

Review: I placed an order with this company over a month ago and our credit card was charged but no product has been shipped as of today. I've been emailing and leaving messages on their answering machine. I've only heard from the warehouse and they claim they will call within a certain time and then never do. The most recent email said the item would ship YESTERDAY and it still hasn't shipped. I emailed again and threatened to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. The reply was they would CALL me within two hours... it's been over three hours so I'm following through with my threat to file a complaint.Desired Settlement: I expect the product or a refund.

This is very disappointing to see that my customer filed a complaint when she was in direct contact with customer service. Our web site states delivery times and larger orders or custom may take up to 30 days. The product was delivered on August 7th, 2013 VIA UPS Grround [redacted] with the screen details below.

Review: I ordered from this company over the phone on March 7th. My credit card was charged on March the 10th for 77 dollars and some odd cents. I have yet to receive the product I ordered. I began calling them on April the 3rd. The phone number automatically goes to a prerecorded message to either leave a message or go to the websites live chat for immediate assistance. I have left 5 voice mail messages and 2 email messages. I have not had any response from the company.Desired Settlement: The only way that they could satisfy this complaint is either ship me my product I ordered promptly or issue me a refund.

Review: Back in October, 2013, Plastic Retail Displays, LLC wrongly charged our corporate credit card for $2,999 for an order placed by another one of their customers. Our office has made multiple attempts to contact Plastic Retail Displays regarding the error and to receive a full refund. As of today, we still have not received credit, nor have they responded back to recent emails and phone calls.Desired Settlement: We would like the $2,999 refunded in full as soon as possible.
