We have received 6 loads of mixed scrap plastics from this vendor from 1/28/2011 until 5/19/2015. This...

particular load of material was unsolicited and was delivered to our receiving dock without a purchase order. Commodity pricing has been falling drastically this year worldwide; therefore, in the absence of a purchase order or any other written pricing agreement, the material only weight (packaging weight is deducted) was paid at fair market value. The weight for payment was derived from the scale ticket provided by our on-site certified truck scale. Check #[redacted] was mailed July 17, 2015 in the amount of $1,027.08 to the address reflected in this complaint. It is either being held or is lost in the mail as it has not cleared our bank. This check will be cancelled and reissued. To date his vendor has not submitted an invoice or contacted our business office to notify us of any problem.

I contacted Emily K[redacted] on the May of 14th 2015 prior to delivering my load. As a normal routine for years I've done, contacted Her and set a delivery schedule. She gave me the P.O # [redacted] and told me that the company has the record of my delivery, and she don't need to send me a P.o to my e-mail since I am a regular customer.Over a month went by and the check was never delivered. I constantly stayed in touch with Emily K[redacted]. From the check lost, to I send the check to you but wrong address, that's the game Emily played with me for over a month.Then, suddenly the price went down. After I explained to her about the price I was getting about the pound, she apologize and told me that she don't know what she was thinking, that I was right. Then after I didn't receive the check I called her again and she told me about the price drop again, I asked her to speak with her manager she will never give me access to them. She said I will contact my boss and give you call back, and she will not return the calls. When I call her she said that my Boss said that is the price. So by the [redacted] words the upper management was aware of the situation, but never once tried to take action to call a customer who is being unsatisfied or have a concern, or try to see what is going on. I called Dee P[redacted](Plant Manager), few times but never got to talk to Him, no answer. I have a record of text message, that Emily made me aware of the price on July 10, almost two months after my delivery. On the May of 19th I contacted [redacted] that the delivery is on time( Phone record), then I send the load. If I run a business I will make sure that I will let my customers knows about the changes on the price, and not surprise them. I do have the p.o # Emily gave me, I won't just send a load without contacted someone, and it doesn't make it right after almost two months to surprise customers about the price dropped, from 10 cent to 4 cent, ( That's a 60% drop). The check is being held by me until the investigation is done. I depend yearly on this money, I work hard on this loads. I hope that the justice will be serve, because Emily K[redacted] done me wrong for years and especially this year.
