Unfortunately we are not able to do that.  This was a purchase made, we do not hold the funds.  [redacted] received the money.  If [redacted] would like to start a dispute we have attached the dispute form for her but be advised that most likely the dispute process will have the same outcome.  We recommend that [redacted] use the PINs provided and paid for.

We have explained to [redacted] multiple times since July that we do not owe her any funds.  She spent funds on her account that were temporary credits for disputes that were later reversed due to our finding with the merchants.  But, in order to close this Revdex.com complaint, we will be sending [redacted] a check for the amount of $69.47.  She can expect the check within 45 days.

This account was blocked due to sharing an address with another card on file that had an excessive credit loaded onto the card.  We did indeed receive the fax this morning, but it appears that the fax cut off and we were not able to see the ID, SSN or utility bill / lease.  Please refax...

the documents and we will push to have this account reopened asap. We apologize for the inconvenience but this is ultimately done in order to assure the account is not compromised.

Lies and more lies. The person who shares the same address with me is my husband, whose card was blocked as well, but unblocked immediately after he called. By the way [redacted] card Rep told him that it was blocked because canceled [redacted] charges and not due to the the big load of money. Moreover, I see no connections between my husband's load of money and my card that only has 300$ by the way in savings. [redacted] card was aware that we are married since October 2013, when they first blocked my card and requested to fax identification documents. 
Furthermore, the [redacted] card response did not provide all details, which are:
On October **, 2014 I have faxed my identification documents together with my lease to 600 number to change my address. My address was changed successfully the next day around 10:30 am. Around 11:00 am [redacted] forwarded these documents to their Fraud Department, which the rep I talked to on Friday confirmed and said that I should not worry and my card will be unblocked by Monday. Just to make sure I faxed the same documents again later on Friday. On Saturday I spoke to the Rep again and she told me that the rep I talked to before gave a wrong info and the block cannot be lifted off on on the weekend and I should wait until Monday. However, she confirmed that the [redacted] forwarded the docs and that it should be unblocked on Monday or Tuesday the latest. On Sunday I spoke to the [redacted] and she was unable to provide the reason behind blocking my card, but said the same thing:wait until Monday and it should be unblocked.
Monday comes and at 11:00am my card is still blocked. I call [redacted] again and they tell me that the fax I sent to them was cut off... Just ridiculous, considering the fact that it has been sent to them by both me and their own [redacted]. I was mad beyond any words, but faxed the docs again at 11:10am or so, but my fax failed due to the problem with [redacted] or [redacted] fax machine issue. I called the [redacted] again and they told me that the machine was out of paper and asked me to fax it again. I did. I faxed it 4 more times (see attachements) with the same result. I called [redacted] again and finally after the hold for like 15 minutes they told me that they will email these docs themselves to [redacted] Fraud Department. When I asked how long it would take - they said - around 48 hours. Are you kidding me? I have my card blocked for over 48 hours, it is their fault it is still blocked and they tell me to wait 48 hours?! They should jump on this issue and unblock it right away. That's what companies who care about their customers usually do. I cannot wait 48 hours. I need to pay for my [redacted] purchase before it is too late and the non payment strike has been issued against my account. I am beyond mad. Who is going to compensate 5 hours off work to handle this issue?

Our apologies, it appears that an agent misspoke. We did receive your forms on 10/*/14 and the dispute is in process.  Per Regulation E (government regulations), we have up to 10 business days from receipt of that form to issue a temporary credit.  This allows us to do research and...

chargebacks in the network.  The 10th business days is 10/**/14.  We have advised our chargebacks team to see if they can expedite this claim but we are not able to guarantee it.  If [redacted] has not received her temporary credit by 10/**, please advise us at [redacted] or ###-###-####.  Please note that this credit is only temporary and per regulations we have up to 120 days to research the disputes further and may decline the diputes if found to not be fraudulent.

There was nothing in the response denial from [redacted] so we have no action here to take.

I finally did hear back from the company and they helped me to reset my account so I could cancel the EFT from happening again in the future. I already contacted my bank to get them to reverse the earlier charge. So as far as I can tell, the problem is resolved, even though...

[redacted] is correct. There were memos on the account that once her documents were received, the card was to be shipped.  And, she should have been offered expedited shipping. This was missed and we apologize for the inconvenience to [redacted]. We have reversed the $9.95 replacement card fee and [redacted]'s card was shipped on 11/*/14.

We apologize for an inconvenience that [redacted] has incurred.  The PIN is given at the time of activation, but only if it is the cardholder (i.e. the teen) that has called in and verified their customer service access code, not the parent.   This is for the security of the...

cardholder.  That being said, it appears that the cardholder has not created his online account yet at [redacted]  The cardholder's unique enrollment code is [redacted].  Once done, the teen will have access to their online account, mobile app, and will create a customer service access code with which he can call to received his PIN.  All call fees have now been reversed on this account as well.

Review: fraudulebt charges were processed on my visa upside card. I called the customer service line the very day the charges happened. I have now had to speak to 5 different people, have been charged $30 for a new card which I was told was in their terms and conditions, and it is not, have been told I have to fill out dispute papers and return them in 10 days, it has now been 4 days and I still do not have the paperwork emailed to

No representative or supervisor will acknowledge the fact that their terms are not matching what they have told me, nor are they willing to address my concerns with the timeliness of getting information, and being charged money for a card which their terms says I would only be charged for if the card was lost. My card was not lost or physically stolen, my information was hacked and my

Money was taken from my account. I should not be charged a fee for someone stealing my

Money, nor should I have to wait to get it back. It has now been 4 days since my unds were taken and I made the initial call. After reviewing this account, it appears that all issues have be rectified. [redacted] had received the forms but was unaware when she contacted us. All four disputes have been initiated. And though the full dispute process can take up to 120 days, [redacted] should receive temporary credits within 10 business days (from receipt of the dispute forms on 3/**). Please note that these credits are only temporary and may be reversed if deemed undisputable after the full dispute process is complete. The $30 express shipping fee and $9.95 card replacement fee were already reversed per the terms and conditions.

Review: I have had an upside prepaid card for at least 4 years as of today they have blocked my account marked it as potentially fraudulent and said for me to call in and verify information. I called and was informed that they couldnt verify my information they did not disclose what information they could not verify and told me that I must fax to them my license social security card and an utility bill before they could unblock my card I informed them that I dont have an utility bill in my name that everything is in my husbands name and could I use something else like a lease a car note bill or another bill like insurance and I was told no that it had to be an utility bill I asked to speak to a manager and was told that a manager will call me within 24 to 48 hours and that even then the manager is going to tell me the same thing as I was just told in the meantime I am without money and cannot pay my bills ,put gas in my car ,or buy groceries I dont understand why they would do this after I have been using this card for over 4 years I would think after using it for as long as I have that they should know everything about me my check has been direct deposited on there for years any information they need from me they already haveDesired Settlement: I want them to give me an explanation as to why they chose to block my card and mark it as potentially fraudulent and to accept the bill that I have in my name and removed the block from my card and would like to have this done as soon as possible so I can pay my bills and get gas and food

Review: I get direct deposit every other Friday from my job, I woke up this morning to $22.18 left in my account, I checked my transaction history and it shows $541.11, $111.34, $77.83 and $3.33 all withdrawn today (3/**)total $733.61 I never authorized these transactions so I contacted upside and the women told me there is nothing she can do right now as it still in the pending status and the women told me once it says approved then they can dispute the charges which can take some time mean while I have 3 kids and bills that need to be paid ,this women was so uncaring, when I asked her if I should file a police report she said if I wanted to, I was completely thrown off guard at how un-knowledgably she was, I then asked her if she could take my name and number and contact me once they see the transaction showed as approved she informed me that she cannot call me, that I need to keep checking and when I see it has approved on the transaction history to contact them. I researched the transactions and $77.83 was purchased at happy [redacted] ( a home goods store in Italy ) and two transactions at [redacted] ( electronics store in Italy ) one transaction of $541.11 and $111.34 TOTAL $652.45 and a transaction at [redacted] for $3.33. I live in Londonderry nh and no way I could have made these purchases. All the upside rep told me she can do for me at this point is cancel my card and re issue me a new card that will take 7 to 10 business daysDesired Settlement: Amount withdrawn that was not authorized $733.61

We understand [redacted]'s frustration but we are regulated by [redacted] to follow their dispute process. As the transactions were still pending, we can't dispute them as they may "drop-off" the account. The $3.33 purchase did just that. We have initiated disputes for the other three transactions and have emailed [redacted] a dispute form to use in order to complete the dispute. Please note that the dispute process can take up to 120 days to complete but [redacted] should receive temporary credits within 10 business days. Please fill ou the form for each transaction in order to expedite the process.

Review: I requested a replacement card but forgot to update my address on account#[redacted]. I faxed all documents required to prove my identity and update my address four times in two days and they have not updated my info or unblocked my card account yet! They are holding my funds after I complied with their request and this is total robbery! I want my account unblocked and address updated and my new card shipped immediately!Desired Settlement: I want my account unblocked, address changed and new card shipped out immediately!

Review: My card was blocked after speaking to a rude manager. I guess it was her way of getting revenge. After faxing needed documents two time already, I am told yet again that I need to fax yet to another number, knowing that this last number given is the number that is used to request a change of address.Desired Settlement: Give me access to my account. I am prepared to file a small claims suit.

Review: I have a debit card with upside card a [redacted]. I only had a return from [redacted] for $42.95 on 12/** and they held my money and [redacted] 12/**/14 I called and told it was returned because of a address mix up so they released my money. Later on [redacted] they held my card again and said the [redacted] was refunded which was the same situation that was supposed to be solved. I want all of my money from this card and never deal with these people again they are crooked, and there is no reason to hold some ones money because of a return. I need gas and other items and this place lied and told me the fax I sent on [redacted] was not received and I faxed all my information about the item purchased and returned.

[redacted]' account was credited the full amount of $42.95 on 12/** (perhaps after she called). The reason why her account had been marked potentially fraudulent was due to the fact that within the system, it noted that there were 2 returns of $42.95 (one in which [redacted] "advised" our system that the hold should be removed and then another where [redacted] actually made a "purchase return"). This caused what is called an "excessive credit" flag and marked the account. When [redacted] called in, the account what released. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused [redacted]. As a note, [redacted] included sensitive information such as full card number and last four SSN in her complaint. If possible, we recommend that her complaint be removed or not made visible to public for her security.

Review: From 09/**/13 my account was charged with $1800 from our [redacted] Business Account, they accepted the transfer and mark the card as possible fraud. They never contact us to notice this situation, when I call they say that need verify some personal information that was sent in two times, am only want that return the money to [redacted]. In the first supervisor that am call say that need 40 days to return the money and now they are saying that can't return this. Today they saying that send one check to me must take 40 days (too) Until now they have my money and I can't use, without solution yet.
