First he called and said that the motor was bad cause it was making noises when the gate was closing and opening, then I told him to send me video when the operator was running.It was making some noise, so we told him to switch motors from one side to another just to check if it did it in the other
side but he didn’tCustomer sent the motor to us and we tested the motor on our gate and put some weight on the gate to see if that was the problem, we tested on the gate the whole day and motor worked fine, and there is video on itWe ship it back to customer and he has the same problem so we think that is an installation issue

Product was not bought on ebay. It was bought from certified dealer, LA Ornamental.
