During my emails with[redacted], I learned he has a safe boating course. I also learned he did not disclose his wifes' fear of water, as outlined in the waiver. [redacted] signed the waiver accepting responsibility for the canoe and the actions of him and his wife. [redacted] was not forced to pay for the boat. I told him he was responsible for the boat and if he walked away, I would have to call the police to deal with the matter.
