Regarding the purchase of the Toyota;
The customer has been to our lot two times before purchasing the vehicleBoth times he has driven it and checked it! From the beginning we notified the customer that the sale would be final and the vehicle
would be sold as isThere were a few lights on the dashboard which the customer was aware of and signed next to willingly on the final bill of saleWe told the customer that we had no idea what issues the car had because it was brought in to our lot that wayHe acknowledged it and even though we offered him warranty he declined itThe customer was explained that we have NOT had an inspection performed on this vehicleOnce again, everything was stated on the bill of sale and the customer agreed to the sale terms by signing the bill of saleIf you would like more proof of this transaction please feel free to contact us at XXX XXX XXXX and ask for ***Thank you very much

Like I indicated, the dealer is a lairI went twice because I didnt have enough cash with me as he claimed he only does cash for the car
Also, he would not let us drive the car out of there lot to really know what was going on with the carThe dealer did not offer me warranty and I have witnessesAll this may have been put in the terms he didnt let me read until I have signed
This dealer is a shady dealer that completely ripped me offI returned the car the next business day to change it and he would not accept because he did it intentionally
I told him to let me read what he request me to sign he said NO that he would provide me with my copy after have signedThat was stupid of me but I was in a rush to get a car as I needed the car desperately and put my trust in the dealer

It would have been impossible for us to claim we only take "cash" for our vehicles when we have signs in the office promoting the use of all types of cards/credit cards and financing being available! Also, as we stated before, the customer drove the vehicle twice before making his decision to purchase itHe was aware that the sale was a final as is saleALL vehicles are final salesWe do NOT use any digital signature pads in our office, the paperwork is right in front of the client when they sign all the paperwork and the paperwork indicated on each page what the customer was signing! If the customer CHOSE not to read the print, unfortunately that is not our faultOn the bill of sale it CLEARLY states that there is a major hybrid issues..he signed right next it! Lastly, the vehicle was not returned into our dealership in a proper mannerThe customer rudely drove into our warehouse and just left the vehicle in there without our knowledge until someone spotted it
Once again, we are sorry that you are having bad luck with the vehicle but all sales are finalThank you!

Exactly one of the manager's liesI clearly asked what is the problem of the car and He responded by saying THEY DO NOT KNOW because they have not checked the carNow he is saying they have MAJOR HYBRID ISSUE on the bill of sale that he did not allow me read as he told me to sign that I will receive my copy after I have signed the documentsHOW DID HE KNOW IT WAS MAJOR HYBRID ISSUE if they have not inspect the car?
Another lie, after discussing with the manager about returning the car and he told me he can not accept it was when I drove the car back and parked it right INSIDE THEIR OFFICE BUILDING where they keep their cars and gave the key to his representative on that dayAs I was parking the car there, one of his employees even accused me and told me not to park it in their warehouse but I asked why not since that is where they took it out for meNOW HE LIED that it was without their knowledge, how did they get the keyI have pictures to prove it because I decided to take pictures of where I parked the car and his representative that collected the key and gave one of the employees to drive the car out since I figured he would lie about it again
He is always LYING and that is terrible for businessHe tricked me to buy the car and that is unacceptable

$1,000 as credit to a vehicle of your choice. Other than that there is nothing we can do about a return. That money applies to storage fees, we held the vehicle for you for two weeks! We were charged storage fees for those two weeks. Please let us know if you would like to try a different vehicle.
