Review: I am writing this letter in regards to my recent car purchase of a 2006 BMW 325xi made on May **, 2014. It has been less than 2 months and I have brought the car in 7 times to your dealership to get it serviced. On the test drive the car was gyrating and I was told it would be fixed as the car just came in and did not go through your dealerships inspections. I signed with you and you told me that one of your dealers ([redacted]) would drive the car to my house since I already had a car with me. I expressed that I wanted the car to be fixed before I take it but you assured me to bring it back and you guys will fix it so I took it home that Saturday. I returned that car the on Monday, May [redacted] 2014 to get it serviced and get everything fixed. I was told to pick it up that Tuesday May [redacted] and that all the issues were corrected. I asked for a receipt and was given an excuse that the fax was broken. I drove home and the gyration started again. I had to come back in before work at 9am on the May [redacted] since I work 9-5 Monday to Friday to bring the car in to get serviced. I was told that one of the [redacted]s would be there for me to talk to. I took time off from work to drop it off and the [redacted]) did not show up as scheduled. They fixed the issues and I was happy with the car and my purchase. A week later of cleaning the car I found a small hole underneath the bumper which I called to tell you guys and was told that it could not be fixed as I bought it like that ( ok I understood that). The car was running great and I liked it so I didn't make a big deal.

June [redacted] 2014 I reported to [redacted] that the car belt was making a noise and there was a slight Gyration on the car. I brought it in Sat ([redacted]) and was told it would be fixed Monday. I came in Monday was told the problem was a leak, I asked for a receipt of what repairs were executed but was given an excuse that they couldn't give me one again. Brought the car home Mon ([redacted]) the noise on the Belt was still there. Brought the car in June [redacted] at 6:30pm was told I could speak to [redacted] face to face about the Belt noise and they might be able to fix it that afternoon, as I could not do it any other time because of my work schedule. I got there and [redacted] and the [redacted] told me to come in that Saturday morning at 1030-11 that they will replace the belt. I feel he just told me that to get rid of me. I got there at 11am on June [redacted], 2014 and was ignored by the [redacted] and waited for 2 hours till 1PM when I got frustrated and told [redacted] that I need an answer I thought u guys were going to replace the belt and then the [redacted] said that he doesn’t hear a sound and that he can’t fix it. Than [redacted] told me what am I doing here on a Saturday that I should be out enjoying my car? I told him that he told me to come here to get the belt fixed and replaced. They both assured me that the car was fine and that nothing was wrong with the belt, I left thinking everything was great.

August/ windshield washer fulid leak. too it in claimed they fixed it.

in sept I decided to Move to Atlanta, I had the car checked and oil changed before I left. I was told the cars had new tires when I bought it. I caught a flat and took it to get changed. The [redacted] told me that someone patched the tire illegally on the side and that id have to change not 1 but 2 tires.

A month living here the car started acting up

I took it to a BMW dealership and the diagnostic was that there was crud buildup in my oil cap becuase apparently who ever changed the oil has been using cheap oil. The parts that platinum auto mall are using for these luxary cars that they are selling are no good. I changed the oil and started using the good oil. 12/**/15 the Gyrations started again.

2/**/15 I was driving home and my car over heated and the sensor light came on and the car shut off ln the high way. I took it to the bmw dealer they said the water pump is broken. Cost 1500 to fix. Its been hell since I purchased this car and I felt lied to and cheated. I fear my life as the tires were illegally patched and now the car is shutting off on me. this dealership manipulates people. Bruce tell poepl he will hive them free oil changes if they go online and give them good ratings but. what thay dont know is its cheap oil. At this point I just want my money back I feel that my car has been in the shop more than I have driven it. I dont feel safe in this car and I beliebe the dealshop sold me a ticking time bomb for a car. When I puchased yhe car they wantes me to drive it off the lot immediately they had claimed that the car just came in and did not go theouh inspection. How can you sell someone a car let alone have them drive off the lot without proper inspection?

I feel I was taken advantage of because I was a young female who went car shopping by herself. Comments were made by numerous sales agent oh your car shopping by yourself? Girls

dont do that. I was an easy target as do not know much about cars.

All promises that were made was not granted I tried reaching out to bruce green but I was never able to get him on the phone as his sales people just passed my calls off.Desired Settlement: I dont feel safe, as my tires have been illegally tampered with. And my car shut down on the high way. The extended Warrenty they calimed would cover everything even if moved does not cover "EVERTHING" and being in the shop every week does not help my finances. Please help!! I do not know what else to do and I do not want someone else to go through what im going through. I want my money back on the payments made in the car and my down payment as well as expenses on fixing the car. Totaling near: 7,000

Review: I bought a 2010 AUDI A4 from this dealership in February 2013 when I got back from deployment. The car was good until something happened. I brought the car in for service in May 2013 and it is now almost September. I have been told several times that my car will be ready for pick up then when the day comes, they tell me the car isn't ready. I have been carless for over 3 months and I'm getting very furious with this. They are delaying the repair time. It does not take over 3 months to fix a car. I have been paying the loan monthly and I haven't been able to drive my own car. This is ridiculousDesired Settlement: I want a new car that is the same price that I've paid for. I've put $5,000 down on this car and the loan was $25,000. I want them to give me another car, perhaps the same year and model with the same price and milage which was around 54,000 miles. If that can't be done then I want all my payments that I've made on the loan refunded to me and the rest of the loan to be offset. In addition, the $5,000 cash that I've used as down payment must also be refunded to me.

Review: I bought a 2006 Mercedes Benz from this dealer less than two months ago, the key fob and radio did not work from the first day. They told me after several calls they would fix it and they still have not. I paid $2,500 for a certified car,(their words) that covered 160 items on the car. I think it is obvious they did not inspect any of the items listed. At this point I have found the transmission does not shift correctly and that was not checked by the dealer. This is a very nice car with a couple of problems that I have found so far, I don't know what to do at this point. They seem annoyed when I call. Please help me. If you can't please help others stay away from this dealership, they are bad news.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the car for a full refund including the $2,500, I spent on the extended warranty, I put $1,000 cash down and they gave me $4,000 for my trade in. I also spent sales tax that I can't even remember the exact total. Thank you very much!

To Whom It May Concern;

In regard to the above listed customer's complaint, after reviewing their purchase , none of her paperwork , specifically a WE- OWE form was included in her deal that must be signed both by the customer and the manager at the time of purchase included a key fob for this customer. Her vehicle came with one key and a key fob, she would like an additional one but this item was not promised nor did she purchase an additional one from us.

On September **, 2013, [redacted] 's husband brought their vehicle to our service department to have their radio diagnosed, their chief complaint was that, the radio looses reception while driving to Westchestchester County, my service manager thoroughly checked the radio and while in Queens NY the radio appeared to be operating correctly, all stations worked, the speakers and volume all were operating properly, the CD player was operating normally, and my service manager stated to [redacted] that all appeared normal and functioning. Ifthe radio still does not work while in Westchester County, they can make a service appointment and we can try to diagnose the radio issue.

Review: On August [redacted] 2013 at 9:34am I made a deposit of $500 for holding an ivory white infinti from Platinum automall dealership. The $500 went to KG suzuki Long Island city new york as per my bank statements. The $500 was to hold the car. On August [redacted] I made another deposit of $1000 at 17:48 to get process started of finding out whether I can get my bank to finance the vehicle as per sales rep [redacted]. The dealership was charging me a certification fee which I never heard of, as per [redacted] the sales rep, it was for the dealership since they certified the car. I cancel the entire process and was told by [redacted] the manager and [redacted] the sales rep that I would be refunded my money on friday in my account in the amount of $1500. It has been 8 business days and as per bank and my statements, nothing has been deposited to my account or show pending. Every time I called they would put me on hold and 15 minutes will pass every time and no response. I am getting the same story every time I call saying that the finance department is closed, granted I call on two occasions separate days at 330pm and 300pm. I have receipts, bank statements and also call times showing my outreach with no response also no money refunded.Desired Settlement: My desired settlement is to be refunded $1500 in my account by friday ** of august. If my issue is not taken seriously and handle diligently, I have no choice but to further this issue in small claims court.

Review: On 11/**/13, I saw a 2008 Volvo XC90 on cars.com. The vehicle was advertised for $14995, I called the dealership and they said the vehicle is still available. I went to the dealership to see the vehicle but, the vehicle was not there but they still have it. It's at the warehouse, someone went to get it .I waited for about 2 hours, the Salesman wanted to starts the paper work, so we did. In the middle of the paper work, I was told all vehicle sold by the dealer are Pre own Certified and that will cost $2950 extra. I purchased an extended warranty for $2900, Anti theft recovery for $1500. After about 5 hours of waiting, I decided to complete the deal the next day and the vehicle hasn't arrived yet. I came back the next day (11/**/13) after work, it took about 3 hours to completed the entire paper work. I was tired and sleepy, I didn't want to drive the vehicle home, promise to get it the next day, they offered to drop it off at house about 10:00PM, I agreed. The vehicle was delivered that night like they promise. Honestly I did not test drive the vehicle before signing any paper and did not drive the car for about 3 days. My wife drove the vehicle on the 4th day and brought home a list of complains.I drove the vehicle on 12/**/13 to go get a Photo inspection about 5 blocks from my house, that was when I discovered the problems. The radio does not work, a broken driver seat control cover (plastic), all four struts (shocks) dead and caused damage to all four tires (steel belt shifted when you ran your hands across the dread of the tires), Transmission was shot and engine was loud in the cabin. The vehicle could not go faster than 60 mph (it only has 62k millage). I took the vehicle back to the dealer on 12/**/13, the dealer test drove the vehicle, felt the problem and promised to call me the next day. Five days later the Warranty Co. called me and asked what happen to my vehicle. I said nothing, I hardly drove it , I think I purchased it with all those problems. A week later, I went to the dealer to check on the vehicle, the dealer asked me if I could call the Warranty Co. to change the my story. The vehicle sat on the lot for another week. The Salesman from the dealer asked me to stop by, I stopped by, two days later, the Salesman showed me another 2008 Volvo XC90 and said all they have to do is to swap the paper work, he called the Insurance Co. and swapped the policy from that vehicle to this one. after the test drive and during the paper work I noticed some differences in numbers such as the monthly payment ($3000 more than the previous) I refused to sign the papers and walk out of dealership. 12/**/13 the dealer finally offered a loaner, my insurance went up because the 2nd vehicle has a V8 and a navigation system. After making my first Vehicle payment, I received a mail from the Loan Co. threatening me for not having an insurance on the vehicle. I got very angry, called the Loan Co. and told the I don't the vehicle any more and I only had it for 12 days, I took the vehicle back and since you called, I would like to cancel the loan and the person on the other side said they would look into it. 1/**/ 14 I took the loaner back and demanded a refund. The Salesman said the vehicle is almost ready, I asked him how long would it take for that kind of job and he said the vehicle only been in the Repair shop for only 2 weeks. I asked why because I brought the vehicle back from 12/**/13, he said we were having issues and I said no I was being punished for telling the Warranty Co. the truth. I don't want to do any business with this dealership any more, I just want a refund. Thank you.
