Issue was resolved today got my vehicle and collision place was paid still they need to handle these situations more professional and promptly

In response to the aforementioned complaint, *** *** has not had to pay for any of the services that were performed to her car since she took possession of itThe warranty (that is given free as a courtesy to all of my customers that purchase vehicles from my lot) covers the motor and power train
only and is 50% from us and 50% from the customerI have covered the labor as well as parts for all of the complaints that she has brought to our attention since she bought the vehicle and have not said anything, but continued to cover it out of my pocket to ensure that my customers feel appreciated and valuedThis particular time however, per my mechanic, the Catalyst Converter is now a new issue that is wrong with the vehicle and not a pre-existing one, but I was willing to take care of that as wellIt was brought to my attention that we have paid for all of the work to her vehicle previous times, so I ok'd the 50% being covered by the customer this timeI stand behind my business as well as my employees and want all parties to be treated fairlyAs a courtesy and show of good faith as well as professionalism from myself and my employees, we will do the 50/that was agreed upon

Hello my name is [redacted] I'm the manager at Platinum Autoplex, Mrs. [redacted] purchase the vehicle on 09/08/2016 made her first bi-weekly payment on 09/22/16 and her second payment was due on 10/06/16 we called her to remind her on that date and on 10/07/16 no respond, then got her on the phone...

on the 10/08/16 and she promised to pay on the 11th and did not come in on that day. So on the 12th we called and she asked to speak to a manager, she said she was having trouble with the van and wants to bring it in we said go ahead and bring it it the van we told her the van was still under warranty. She did not bring in the van until the 21st she asked if I had loaner for her, normally we don't give out loaners but I allowed it this time, only if she made a payment because she was already two payments behind. she said she need a car for two car seats gave her one she said it was too small she needed a big one so she ended up with a Toyota Sequoia  with a third row we didn't know that the Toyota had a tire shake until Mrs. [redacted]  pointed it out, she called us back  upset telling us she was mad that we gave her a (POS). She said from the start she had trouble with the van and she was tired of dealing with us we told her we were gonna get fixed but she still told us that she didn't want the van anymore and that we can come and get the Toyota sequoia from her house so on that day she turned the vehicle back too us we were working with her but she was not working with us at all.All of calls are recorded if you have anymore questions please give me a call at [redacted] Ill be gladly to help out.

ASKING THE CUSTOMER TO CALL US AND SCHEDULE IN A APPOINTMENT TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM.
