I contracted to work for Platinum Choice Health Care in April of 2025. I attended their training class for two days, (for which we were told we would be compensated for at an hourly rate of $17 an hour). While in training I received an email stating I was not properly AHIP certified and was warned I could not continue in the class until I can provide proof of my completed certification. After speaking to the recruiter Tiffany Jones, we agreed I would become properly certified and then enter the next training class where I had left off. Upon my return after paying for and obtaining the proper needed certification, I discovered all my log ins were deactivated (without any prior notice), and I was unable to rejoin the next training class as scheduled. I reached out to both the recruiter and manager via text, and email, and left messages but there was no response - I was simply ghosted. I found this to be extremely unprofessional. In my opinion they lack integrity and communication.
Wonderful and helpful company. Very knowledgeable. I never wait on hold when I call in. No matter how silly my questions are the reps are always so nice and pleasant and don't rush me off the phone. I have gotten several policies with this company and will continue to apply with this company.
