This complaint is totally baselessThis client enrolled into our credit building program for small business owners under a month payment planThree months into his enrollment, he defaulted on his monthly payments and was discharged from our program due to non-paymentDuring his enrollment,
he was also non-compliant with our required program guidelinesWe offer a money back guarantee for our services, but the client must stay compliant with all of the program guidelines, which this client did not doTo show you how bogus this complaint is, he was discharged over months ago from our program and only now files a complaint seeking a refund? Our terms and conditions of enrollment clearly states that no refunds will be provided for clients discharged due to non-payment. The client had already voided his money back guarantee be not using the tier one creditors/starter accounts and then defaulting on his payments. He is in breach of contract and his request for a refund is denied. The fact that he waited 16 months AFTER being kicked out of the program for non-payment should tell the Revdex.com all it needs to know about this bogus complaint.

We have paid this claim and consider his matter closed. All the client has to do is cash the check. She has stated on two occasions that she did not receive anything from us, yet we have not received anything back in the mail for the check to come back undeliverable. We place a stop payment on the first check mailed. We will not do so again with this second check. She needs to cask the check mailed out for $224.00 and stop playing games.Thank you
