I've been a member of Platinum Fitness Downtown since it was Gold's gym, and I must say huge improvements have been made ever since the new management took over. The staff is really friendly and management is top of things. The gym has gone through many improvements starting with the new equipment and a fresh paint job.

Failed to cancel our membership upon request and continued charging us until credit card expired- not they are sending us to collections. I explain to the representative that I was not able to continue my membership, I was in the hospital an when I when to take one of the letter to the Gym they didn't accept my letter, and told me that was I send to collections. Know I have to pay twice the amount. I hate companies take advantage of the people and they don't even care about their health. I will never come back to this GYM.
