I hired *** owner of Platinum Flooring Design Inc to remodel my master bathroom as he promised he and his crew had over 20 years of bathroom remodeling experience. It turned out ***'s plumber placed my $1200 stand free faucet in a spot that was most convenient for his plumbing work and needed up cutting the faucet handle to make it fit. The tile guy layes out tile on shower floor without considering matching tile to my in place infinity drain.
When I called ***, plumber and tile guy to discussed *** said I had to discussed with plumber. Plumber insulted me and said I was just being very picky? Tile guy just disappeared and *** rudely just said do you want us to finished or not? I obviously told them I didn't want them back on job site as I felt fear of further work damage and personal injury. *** said job will take about 2 weeks but we were into a full month and not even half way done as they had no organization or concrete plan.

Refund I demand full refund of $3000 for my cost on the replacement faucet, tile and labor cost to finish work they failed to complete in a professional way. I should also claim my time lost from work and stress related issues I have had to deal with , but I will do that when I take them to court.
Good afternoon, we've never had a complaint of this magnitude before. And we never refused to continue working at her property. If in any way we disrespected her we truly apologize. We would have fixed the issues with no problem at all. For her to ask for 3k back after all demo, most plumbing and electrical was done is completely ludicrous. She told us to leave her property and we did. Furthermore we left a few tools worth 1k and she told us to see her in court.

I stand with my requested reimbursement amount of $3000 for all the expenses that I had to incurred to be able to fixed the bad job they performed. I have text messages and many phone called that I made to them regarding this matter. I have also enclosed proof of the re-do on my plumbing and tile work as they failed to perform job adequate.

Good morning, as previously stated, we demo the bathroom, we did plumbing, we did electrical, we installed all the drywall new, we installed all the tiles. And then she fired us. We never said we wouldn't fix the small issues she is bringing up. Have a great day.

Business owner version is extremely inaccurate. After one and a half week with just an elderly person performing demolition (when before I hired him he said he had a big crew with over 20 years of experience) the one plumber comes in and does installation wrong by failing to measure the distance needed for installation of fixtures, causing damage to my fixtures and having to hire new plumbers, followed by tile guy that installed most of the tiles so poorly causing very noticeable waves on the walls which also caused me to buy new tile & re do tile work. Enclosed are more pictures of the lack of judgement on the plumbers work along with the poor tile work. I have spend a lot of money and time off work to solve these issues.
