Platinum Construction just built a 15 x 35 garage for us this past January , We couldn't be more happier . Tim the owner is a great guy .Truly cares about his customers ..And Nilsa in the office is a Gem ..Very Pleasant .Great company overall !!!

We love our garage! Platinum Construction did an amazing job making the process of replacing the garage at one of our properties really easy. We were able to design something unique to the house and still keep the costs reasonable. They took care of everything and got to work immediately.

We wanted to enlarge our garage and change entry from front to side entry. For this I agreed in 2018 a contract with a contractor located in Concord who did put the drive way in but failed, after 12 months of delays, to make the garage extension as per contract. A lawsuit is pending against them.
I contacted Platinum Construction who completed the garage extension in good communication for bricks and material selection to match the existing bricks of the house. Extremely important !
Platinum also finished drywall inside garage with sealing and painting which was not included in their contract price. Tim was frequently on site to assure things were done properly.
The project was finished yesterday December 17, 2019 just in time before the real Cleveland winter starts!
Because Platinum Construction is specialized in driveways and garages, I think they do a much better job as any other contractor.

They gave good service and were very easy to work with.

Great team - Great communication. Great Great Great !!! I am NOT easy to please BUT this company went out of their way to be cool - Nilsa is a good indication of what you can expect - Not just a gatekeeper teaser - The whole deal was pleasant - They came back TWICE to make alterations that they certainly did NOT have to - Certainly not contractually obligated, just to make the customer happy - Genuine.

This was the best choice on my new garage did an excellent job from tear down to finish, very satisfied customer.

I called and asked for an estimate for an addition to a pre-existing garage. The appointment was scheduled for 11 -12am on June 1st 2019. I waited, and received no phone call, text or other that the estimator would not be coming to perform the estimate. I don't know why, but not showing up seems to be a theme for construction companies. If you don't want the job, tell me and don't waste my time. I had many things to do, and this kept me from doing other things

Very pleased with the quality of my new garage, siding and roof. It looks marvelous. From the initial phone call to the last nail. I was well informed of the project progress. Shayan handled everything on the paper end with over the top professionalism and kept reassuring me that I would have a beautiful garage. I had little contact with Tim, but the finished product speaks for itself that the construction crew did an excellent job. I highly recommend Platinum Construction.

This company did a magnificent job building our garage and pouring our new driveway. We could not be more pleased. Additionally, all of the folks connected with Platinum were not only professional and skilled, but also so incredibly kind, collaborative, and perfectly lovely to deal with. I contacted Platinum Construction to build my 20x20 garage in November of 18 .I met with Cheyenne to discuss the project. The cost was comparable with other contractors I contacted earlier in the year so decided to go with them . Once I did this I was told that we would sit down and finalize everything all the way down to the color of the singles before any work would be done. This being the second garage I was having built in my life I took him on his word this would happen. It never did. One morning on my way to work, I received a call around 8:15am that a crew was on its way over to tier out old garage. Luckily my son and I just emptied the old garage a couple days earlier on a slow day or I would of been taking off work to get this done that morning. Two months went by with cold weather so the project was on hold of coarse. I hadn't heard from the salesmen at all during this time to discuss the final plans for the garage as I was assured would happen. Then one day in February I received another call saying that a crew would be there in the morning to start concrete pad. I commented to Tim that I havnt even finalized design, color, singles etc. with Cheyenne but was assured this would all take place. The concrete was formed and I seen that it wasn't what I wanted but also realized that it was to late at that point. I was just gonna "eat it" at point. I wanted a single 8' with door in-front not standard 16' with door on the side. I had no contact with Cheyenne in over two months. The next day I received a call from Tim because he was ordering material and needed to know the colors. I was at office and had my notes that where supposed to finalize with salesmen and started to read back to him. At that point he said that he didn't know about design .I replied to him how could he we never finalized it that's why your calling for colors. His solution was to add concrete on to pad that was already set up to create a 8' opening instead of a 16'.he also said he would use re bar to reinforce this "block" they were setting on top of pad. But what he ended up doing was sending a guy to Home depot the day before the build and buying the yellow bags of Quick-crete off the shelf and forming this. It wasn't hardened yet the next day when they stated building on it. When I would bring it up a few times he would tell me that "the weight of the structure isn't on that area" What a crock,. The yellow bags of Quick-crete is there lowest grade for fence posts. I expect to have cracking on the foundation across the front in recent years. Bottom line, No steel door as stated on website ,not even a deadbolt on the fiberglass door. about a dozen 2x4's cracked from top to bottom. Several more pieces of lumber that look like the ones you pass on at Home depot or Loews when picking out wood for a project. No roof vents as per website. I had to go buy some that morning roof going on. They said not needed? Not even a handle or lock on the door. He said that most people use garage door openers. What about the garage you just built without electric?
I'm reading the other reviews any all I can say is I wish mine went that way. So beware if they don't want you to sign something on the job up front it gives them a lot of wiggle room to change things as they unfold with no obligation to make it right. Defiantly no communication on there part and you would wonder if they even give a darn about that ? I would not recommend this company .

Platinum Construction built a garage for me in December. The product they deliver is excellent.
However I feel the communication between the construction crew and the customer is lacking. We would have delivery drivers knocking on our door at 7 am in the morning, no notice they were coming, just showed up! Cheyenne was great, he did tell us that we had to pay half up front then the balance would be due after a "walk through" to make sure everything was done. well that did not happen! The construction foreman called when he was sending someone out to clean up the site, and said we had to pay him the balance! Never heard anything else from anyone!!

We hired platinum construction after reviewing several garage builders in the area to build our garage. Platinum did not disappoint us. As everyone says on their reviews they answer call every time you call, platinum shows up when they say, once starts-finishes within 3-5 days and they deliver great quality garage. Manager Shayan delivers amazing customer service. Amish carpenters amazing to watch. 4 hours and 20x20 garage DONE!!!

We had great experience with Platinum Construction. Call was answered right away and estimate scheduled within few day of our availability. We received detailed estimate for our garage project. No hidden or surprise cost. Work was scheduled as soon as we agreed to hire Platinum, from Demo crew to Amish Carpenters and Licenced Electrician did amazing job. Each crew cleaned site after their job. Very organized and friendly company. Took care of blueprints,all permits and inspection (demo,concrete,building,electrical). So for us it was an hustle free experience.
