A free trial turns into a very expensive monthly subscription and customer service is not willing to help you. Complete scam! Not how a business runs
After ordering the "free trial" products of Garcinia XWL for $5.95 shipping fee you then receive your next bottles and are charged over $160! Doctor advised me not to take the products due to current medications, so I did not open the new bottles and asked for the subscriptions to stop and if I could return the unopened product for a refund. I was told no even after speaking with the manager. I told them even on their terms and conditions site it says you can return unopened product for refund and he said that has to be the trial. No where does it clearly state that on the terms and conditions. People may actually want to try this product and it takes at least 2 weeks if not more to see if they like it and by that time they are sending you 2 new bottles and charge you $160.00 so you are roped into their scam and cannot get out of it. It is not okay to bait consumers like this and not allow them to return unopened products for a refund. I would have paid return shipping, but to go from $5.95 to $160.00 is absolutely ridiculous and I will let everyone I know how shady of a business this is and this company needs to be shut down. The managers name was Zach.

We will credit one returned unopened product per customer if the received package is post marked within 30 days of the original order date and included with a RMA number obtained from customer service at 877-543-8328. No returns are credited after 30 days of the original order date. Merchandise must be returned at customer's expense accompanied by an RMA. Absolutely no returns for refunds are credited for partially used product. No refunds for any packages without an RMA. You may request a RMA and instructions on how to submit a return by calling 877-543-8328.
I would appreciate a refund of $81.53 and $84.52 credited back to my card for the bottles I received and tried to return.

Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriously. Before customers commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.
According to our records, the customer ordered our Garcinia and Mango Cleanse supplements on a 14 day trial basis back on 11/11/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $5.95 and $4.95. The trial expired on 11/26/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 11/26/2017: $84.52 for the Garcinia and $81.53 for the Mango Cleanse. Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect. The following month on 12/26/2017 the customer was charged for new shipments: $84.52 for the Garcinia and $81.53 for the Mango Cleanse.
The customer contacted our Customer Service on 01/16/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did. However we feel for our customer's concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing a full refund for the charges on 12/26/2017 for any misunderstanding when placing the order. Here are the refund confirmations:

The refunds should reflect on the customer's account within 3 to 7 business days. Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.
I was misled by Platinum Garcinia XWL with order of their product for $4.95. There was no info on obligation for more product.
I am making the complaint of completely misleading advertising of their product. The offer was for a bottle of garcinia for $4.95. They claim that I agreed to continue getting the product in order to receive the first bottle; and, I had 14 days to cancel.
I would never agree to pay $84 for one bottle of Garcinia. I did not agree to this arrangement.
This company is underhanded and misleading. The public should be protected from this kind of company.
This company should be put out of business. If there is such a thing as consumer rights, individuals should be protected from scams like this.
