I went to Platinum and Gold Jewelry to sell some sterling silver (which is usually 92.5% pure silver The offer they gave me of $was well below the amount I expected In reviewing how they did the formula to arrive at a price, I found out that they have been using a faulty method to arrive at their price Instead of multiplying the weight of the silver by 92.5% to find the weight of pure silver, they multiplied the day's posted price for silver by 92.5% The owner told me they had used this method for years I went to another business and was given $ Platinum and Gold may have been ripping people off for years!

I am a repeat customer to this business. Not only was I treated with dignity but the overall experience was very positive. The owner seemed to go out of his way to make sure I received an accurate and satisfactory offer. In fact I ended up with a larger than expected amount without any hassle or feelings of inferiority, which I can not claim that the competitors in this town could compete with! I would highly recommend this business, and I myself will solely visit this location.
