Product that I wanted & paid for was ordered wrong. Now the business does not want to do anything to fix the problem.July 14/14 I went to platninum home & auto glass to inquire about tinted or smoked glass for aluminum deck railing. I was corrected that it is clear or smoked. I asked for a price for 7 pcs of smoked glass 35" x 52". The receptionist said she would have to get [redacted] to call me back with pricing. I was called with the pricing of clear & smoked glass which I went with smoked as original request. When asked for down payment I opted to pay full amount $1235.85. I was told the order would take 4-6wks. After 3 months & numerous calls it should up. When I went to pick up my order & showed the glass I imeadiately knew it was wrong. After hearing my complaints the receptionist stayed nothing could be done till Monday. I called [redacted] monday & he told me that he would have to find the quote and figure things out. I didn't think there was much to figure, he ordered the wrong glass. Now after another month of calling at least 2-3 times a week asking to speak to [redacted], leaving my name & number each time, he will not contact me. One attempt calling the business he answered the phone then told me no [redacted] is not in. Desired SettlementI am seeking either refund from the business or the the smoked glass I ordered & paid for.
