We have been having issues with seams in our ceiling in our living room and one living room wall is uneven since the home has been put together Since our house has been put together one of our living room walls were uneven, [redacted] and Platinum homes have tried fixing this, but we still have ripples in our wallWe have never signed off and said we were satisfied with this or the seams that can still be seen in our living room (one from which the people who put our home together stepped through the ceiling and the other is the marriage line) We closed on our house September 2014, but our home was not completed for us to move in until March We have been dealing with [redacted] for service problems and she has been pretty good until she claimed we discussed them not re-addressing the walls or ceiling which we have never discussedWe only make contact through e-mails and I have no record of this

Poor quality and poor customer customer regarding our new mobile home Ordered and purchased a new mobile home in January and since it was delivered and set up in March 2016, we have encountered multiple problems/issues including mantel cracked and has been impossible to get it replaced, Platinum refuses to replace this mantel with the same oneAll walls and ceilings you can see the seams where the dry wall wasn't done correctly, multiple holes in the house, which were taped up but not fixed properlyCountertop edges are falling offPaid a lot of money for this home, and it seems to be built as cheap as possible and just in the months, it's already starting to show

The referenced company has yet to fulfill their obligation to repair warranty claims after months and have ignored multiple emails from myself I purchased a new home from Platinum Homes in November There has been multiple warranty claims made on the new home and Platinum has yet to make the needed repairs after monthsSome of the complaints are structurally related and need immediate attentionI have sent multiple emails to Platinum and they have yet to respondI am being ignored

We purchased a double wide Platinum home from Star Homes in Cullman Alabama in March It was delivered and set in April We were told to submit a list of repairs needed in 3-monthsWe submitted the list in August We were not contacted by Platinum Homes and in November 2016, I called Star Homes and asked for assistanceWe were contacted by [redacted] and told that the repairman would contact us In January we still had not heard from themI contacted [redacted] at Star Homes and asked for his assistance again [redacted] with Platinum contacted us again in February In March, 2017, we were finally contactedTwo men were sent by Platinum HomesThey came on Sunday Morning to look at the repairs needed They agreed to come back on Tuesday and we left a key for them to make the repairs When my husband got home from work, they asked if they could drink a beer It was after 5, so he told them okAfter they left, we checked the house to make sure noth

Multiple Missed Delivery Dates
My home configuration was finalized and submitted to Platinum Homes Feb 2, from my Prime-Contractor The standard build time was to take 4-weeks At the week mark (March), we were informed that the house was incomplete and would not be completed until April (yes enough time to build a complete home) days after this missed date (yes not the day they missed but days later), we were told that the house would not be completed and delivered to the prime contractor until April On April we were told the home would not be delivered until April, and today April, we were told it still does not have a HUD label and will not be delivered with no new date given at this point It has been 13+ weeks for this house to be completed and missed deadlines Our bank loan has been closed for weeks on this house, and we still do not have a home We are in process of international adoption and have been waiting to complete the Home Study

Poor quality of work from factory and horrible finish out crews
On May 7th 17, I sent them my punch out list for them to come finish out our new home
June 23rd they were sending everything to the contractor for them to come out to finish out our homeThere have been different contractors out here to fix my home it is now July 16th Every crew that has come out has only spent roughly 8-hours per visit to finish out our homeEvery time I sign their papers stating the job is incompleteEvery contractor tells me they will be back to finish that Platinum Homes didn't send everything they need to finishToday I was informed my warranty expires in march An to give her a new listMy punch out list has not changed they never finished itI still have several chipped tiles around my countertops, large gaps between the tiles on the floor, nail pops all over the walls, and places they fixed in the wall that they never painted back and nail heads sticking out under my carpe

We have so many damages and products that need to be fixed but Platinum is dragging their feet in doing anything for usHorrible quality and service!
We purchased our home May 10th through El Dorado homesWe purchased a brand new double wide and have spent a lot on this home thinking we were going to get a home worth havingWe were told the home takes about to weeks to be builtSo we were looking to getting the home around the first week of JulyWe did not get the home to our property until July 18th but we could not move into it until July 31st which was after Platinum sent two men to come and do trim out on homeWhen they came out we were under the impression they were going to fix everythingwe have a long list of items that need to be fixed such as all the doors in home are not leveled, cabinets in kitchen are slanted, different outlets are used throughout home which are uneven as well, flooring had holes, scratches, vent was not put in above the stove which caused

This complaint is resolved.
