Yes my partner *** *** has been resolving this issue and has all contact once Ms*** filed a complaintIt seems that nothing makes her happy as the issue has been resolved from day one***'s procedures of how they rectified the situation are not satisfactory to Ms***I am putting in the mail to Ms*** today check *** *** of $and assume this will put this issue to rest. I am rejecting this response because: *** *** is not telling the truthSee both email attachments that he never responded to and said they offered to mail the payment and I did not respondThe first email attachment shows I didI am the one who has been leading to fix his mess up from the beginning.Another agent *** *** has been working with *** since I filed the complaint

On March 18, *** *** emailed me which was on a MondayI was out of town and didn't have access to email and returned on Wednesday and responded to her emailShe stated that *** *** took out more premium than what her payment wasWhen I spoke with *** they stated this is
because they hadn't received the signed application thus adding additional coverageI emailed *** the application which she signed and I got to *** that day. I was told that it would be taking care ofFast forward about emails back and fourth from *** and our firm*** couldn't get the reversal in time for the April payment thus drafting the higher amount which for both months total an over payment of $total ($a month)I called *** again and what they did was spread the over payment over the remaining balance thus making her payment $less a month than the original payment amount. The Client *** did not understand this and wanted a refund of $I advised her that the payments have been reversed and that *** is not going to send a check but rather refund the account which made her payments $lessShe still either didn't understand this concept or wasn't happy with itI then told her that I would send her a $check from the firm and heard nothing backWe have left voicemails for herWe have bent over backwards for her to try and correct this problem. Not sure why she felt compelled to file a complaint when we have been all over this for herAs of today 4/23/The account has been correctedThe credit is on her account and her payments are $The original payment was $We have a call into *** right now to see if they can just credit the $for May making the payment $less then taking the payments back to the original amount.
