Platinum Jewelers

My husband and I purchased both of our custom wedding bands from Platinum Jewelers because a friend recommended them to us. However, we would NOT RECOMMEND THEM. At first we were slightly turned off by the owner because of his crassness, but they had a good selection so we went against our better judgement and purchased from them anyway. My husband intended to buy a tungsten band, but they talked us out of it because white gold could be re-sized and THEY SAID they would re-size any band purchased by them for FREE. Upon receipt of his ring it had been wrongly sized a half size too big so we sent it back and they re-sized it for an $80 CHARGE. On top of that, every time we have dropped our rings off to have any work done to them, they tell us it will be 3-4 days then at a minimum of 2 weeks later after WE CALL THEM, the rings just happened to have come in that very day and we just happened to have called them before they could call us later that day.

Overall, we feel that, although they had a nice selection of jewelry, they do not have good business practices and we would absolutely NOT recommend them.
