I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that I would like to have the statement updated. Our complaint said we couldn't access the website for three years. The information from the company confirms it was only approx1/years we couldn't access. So a year credit would be acceptable. However the only reason we could sign in to the web site in February of this year is because Pacific Rewards sent us a bill and when we complained the password was corrected so we could then sign in. The people at Pacific Rewards make it sound like we just didn't sign in when we couldn't. The company was extremely uncooperative.
We are willing to accept a zero balance and a waiver of this year's fee.

program and services. In fact, while
attempting to book her a reservation in January of 2014, we were “unsuccessful”
only due to her method of payment being declined. However, she is not obligated to pay the
Annual Fee each year. The decision to
maintain the program on a yearly basis is completely at her discretion, and we
are unsure who advised her otherwise. At
this point we have reached out to Mrs*** by both telephone and email, and
this issue is being resolved. Thank you

The program does not work as presented.  I have been on several trips in the last few years and not one time could I use the system.  Yes, I may have only signed on 12 times, however they did not explain how many times I have called and complained about not being able to login or not getting a return phone call about setting up a trip.  In the last two years several people have told us that we are not allowed to not pay the annual fee and some of those phone calls came from representatives that they have in North Carolina.  However the situation has been rectified, provided that they do not contact us anymore.  I will definitely tell all travelers to beware of this business.  They are definitely scam artist and we paid a lot of money for NO services.

Paradise Blue did update its website some time ago, however it can still be reached by...

using the original web address they were provided at the time of purchase.  In addition, their login information was never changed.  Our records indicate they have logged in this month, as well as in February of this year.  Prior to that was in September of 2013.  In April, they phoned Reservations regarding their Annual Fee.  Although we have a new toll free number listed on the website, the original toll free number they were provided is still valid and rings to the same location.  That notwithstanding, we have submitted a request to waive their current year’s Annual Fee, so that it will not be due again until 2016.  Thank you.
