Was told when my wife and I went on Saturday we had a deal to sign for a car for a payment. The only reason we didnt sign is because they said that we were offered two deals. One for $540 without my license and other for $470 with my license. They told us Monday morning to call and see how long it would take to get my license. They told us to take the car off the lot on Saturday that we had the car deal either way. We were ready to sign the deal on Saturday. They told us to try the cheaper sale deal and didnt have us sign. Instead they signed a penndot paper for us to go off the lot with the car. Then when we went back on Tuesday because we didnt get ahold of penndot until Tuesday they told us they had no deal for us at all. They ran both my wife and my credit down and left us with nothing but lies. This company went back on a deal they told us we had. Where is that deal? How where we told two prices now all of a sudden it's been changed? Now we had to find a ride to take our car home that day bc we were told we were getting the other car. Then the day we drove the car back we had to find a ride home bc we were lied to. They didnt pay for none of that.

*** was at Platinum Mitsubishi on June 20, 2020. *** and Mrs. Salisbury completed credit applications and gave proof of identity in hopes of obtaining an auto loan. We pride ourselves at Platinum Mitsubishi with the ability to acquire loans for all credit situations. Completing the credit application and signing the documents allows the dealership to pull applicants credit and to work with financial institutions to achieve this goal.
At this time *** does not have a PA drivers license, which is required by the approving financial institution, he must start the process of obtaining a license according to PA regulations. Once he has the license we can follow through with the financial institution to complete his auto loan. Keep in mind, the approval has a 30 day expiration.
According to the letter we received from the Revdex.com, the Salsbury's want the inquiries removed from their credit, this is not feasible.
As a dealership we work indirectly with lenders, we must supply documentation and information to the lender to finalize the loan. The lender reserves the right to decline an approval once receiving the documents, much to the dealerships dismay.
Now that PA is in the “green” and PennDot is open, *** can get a PA license. Thank you for your time,
