Well my Husband prepaid for services on 2/28/19 and they scheduled him to have work done in his car which they finally tried to do on Thursday. it has been a month he spent 3000.00 for

but when it came down to it the company was saying that the year of his car is not able to do that so they falsly sold him stuff that will not be able to go in his car and no only that is that he prepaid for all the services including install but when they couldn't put his dvd playing and tv in there they said that was only worth 900.00 but with that instore credit they charged him 500.00 for the install on his amp and bass which he already prepaid for. I have emailed them about this situation and they have yet even tried to get a hold of me I want them to stop trying to rip us off and I was looking at the invoice and it should've been over 1200.00 for the refund but it wasn't and they charged us something that they already charged us on the first invoice but they changed the names on it and created it the day when they could not put in what they said they could and the charges of the new invoice that was created on thursday was not authorized and they did not notify my husband of the charges they are saying they did but he would've let me know they are trying not to give him his full refund or instore credit which was over 1200 and they only gave him 900.00 of instore credit and charged him 500 for the installation which he already prepaid 3000.00 for and than sell him a tv screen for 400

We have talked to the customer not her about the issues with him telling the sales person the wrong year of vehicle and not having it until the install date, the installer and sales person realized the vehicle year was newer and some parts are not available in the aftermarket world yet. Sales person called customer and discussed options and customer was ok and said to proceed. When customer picked up the vehicle he was explained the instore credit and used some of it that day. It is not our issue if the customer is not telling his wife the story or people can not understand it in which we have responded to the email from his wife. She still can not understand and now this is in our opinion turning into a scam and we are considering this issue done and will not respond to this anymore.

we are no longer going to keep the itic unintelligent scam when people can not understand a invoice or product. This matter will no longer be responded too

I would like the 330.00 plus tax that was not credited to us and the 500.00 that was charged with out consent. I talked with my husband and he did not authorize them charges you owe us 330.00 + tax and the almost 500.00 invoice you made up. If not I will contact Jesse Jones as I see there are more complaints about your business. I am not a liar and this is not a scam this is a mad customer that us not getting ripped off 3100.00
