This is in response of the complaint mentioned aboveThis complaint has helped us repair a flaw in our payoff processWe accept responsibility as we failed to properly make the payoff on timeOur payoffs are requested out of our Corporate officeWe requested the payoff to them and it seems that it was not made in a timely mannerWe have since stopped the request for corporate to make this payoff and we FedEx the payoff immediately to the lien holderWe have trained office personnel to have complete knowledge of payoffs as required by the law, as well as better tracking and follow ups on requested payoffsWe do not expect to have this issue againThank you, [redacted]
