sans-serif;">To whom this may concern: (THIS LETTER PROVIDE GRAPHIC LANGUAGE USED) Mrs. [redacted] ([redacted]) statement is partially honest and true. I agree that we were unable to provide service on the day of her wedding but I disagree to the events and description she provided. The photo booth was fully setup and operational as guests, band, bridal party and bride/groom witnessed. Around 10 minutes into the wedding reception during the bridal announcements the [redacted] computer we use to run the Photo Booth Software crashed due to an unforeseen circumstance and we lost all power into the computer. I immediately began attempting to fix the problem but was unable to due to so. After being unable to fix the computer on location I instructed two of my employees on location to stand by as I went to [redacted] in South Philadelphia (20 minute round trip) to purchase a new computer but was unable to do so because they did not have the correct size and memory need to run the software. Instead of going back to the wedding with nothing I purchased (3) three sets of power cords in hope that it would fix the problem. I arrived back on location at the wedding and failed to have the computer powered with the new power cord. On this particular day I was unable to use our backup computer as we were providing service for three events that day. After exhausting all options I made the decision that we would have to breakdown all of our equipment as we would not be able to provide service. I had one of my employees locate the bride and groom and inform them I needed to speak with them. As Mrs. [redacted] ([redacted]) exited the ballroom I began to hear her scream "what the [redacted]" I attempted to inform her of the situation repeatedly and what had happened but she would not grant me the opportunity to do so and began verbally abuse me. At this time Mr. [redacted] approached me and stated "what the [redacted] is going on" I began to explain the situation to him when Mrs. [redacted] ran up to us and continued her verbal abuse of me in front of my employees, wedding guests, and ballroom staff were I conduct business routinely. M rs. [redacted] began to call me a "[redacted]" and screamed in my face to get the [redacted]out of her wedding, Mr. [redacted] stepped in at this time and began to scream in my face " You better not [redacted] go anywhere, we are not done yet" at first I did not take this as a threat as I assured him I would stand by but I was quickly alerted to the fact that he had gathered his groomsmen outside the ballroom. Trying to avoid any unnecessary conflict I walked back down the stairs to where my employees were stationed and had the pleasure of listening to Mrs. [redacted] ([redacted]) scream obscenities at my employees and myself. Mr. [redacted] approached me for the second time and I finally was given the opportunity to explain the situation and the fact that I as the owner was completely disgusted for what had happened and being unable to provide service. Mr. [redacted] was very understanding at this point as I told him exactly what had happened and what I did to try and correct the problem. I asked Mr. [redacted] to please email my company a mailing address and we would send a full refund immediately along with a Free Photo Booth rental valued at $849. Mr. [redacted] told me "you better do more" and I questioned his tone asking him if that was his second threat towards me? Mrs. [redacted] began screaming more obscenities toward my staff and I and I politely offered my final apology and exited the building, as I exited the building the Best Man approached me and asked for me to explain the situation and I kindly obliged. To Date: Mrs. [redacted] ([redacted]) has been issued a Full Refund but will not be receiveing the free photo booth rental due to the way my staff was spoken to. Along with the obscenities that were used toward my staff I am in fear for their safety if we were to provide service for them again. We apologize again and wish you all the best in the future
