I entered into a contract with this Financial Institution and its owner Vincent S*** concerning a business opportunity to invest $10,and received a Return on my investment in days with a total payout of $15,by April 30th Mr, S*** and I were in constant contact until he was suppose to remit payment then he was unaccessibleHowever we did speak and he requested a day extension for May 30th, again constant contact until time to pay the money back, now we spoke on June 4th and he told me he will wire over the money on June 14th and once again with out surprise he ignored my calls and told me he would no longer be able to pay by the due date he had given
