I would like to add a response to the prior complaint in regards to the format of our courses The format of our courses is clearly addressed prior to purchasing There is a complete course description before adding the course to your cart for purchaseAs far as us being in business, we have been in business since as indicated even with the Revdex.com Obviously Mr***s is not making accurate statements and even going as far as being threatening I will no longer respond and will await the chargeback and respond Below is one of the emails I received from Mr***s threatening our company saying he will file in Small Claims course and will add the cost of the filing etcWhen in fact, the three day refund policy is listed several times even on the page where he entered his informationI will be filing a claim with my bank to have the charge reversed and credited back If this is not successful, I will then file in Small Claims Court (SCC) here in OregonSmall Claims Court is a court of equity not contractMy chances of p?revaling in this formum is highSCC will add on the cost of the filing, cost of the court and then cost of the Marshal to execute a writ of execution

I am responding to complaint from a customer by the name of *** ***. He purchased our course on October 13th 2015. Our website not only states our business hours but also states repeatedly throughout our website our three day refund policy from the time of purchase. Here are
just a few places our three day refund policy is mentioned1. It is before the add to cart button on our website Listed below this statement is right before entering the name to place the order It is in our terms and conditions that the customer must check before placing their orderListed below this statement is right before entering the name to place the orderPlease enter the student information belowItems marked with an asterisk(*) are requiredThe address you enter below must be the address your credit card statement is mailed toIf you are not completely satisfied with our course, we will offer you a full refund within three days of purchasingNo refunds given for group orders.We can not process a refund as we have explained to Mr***s because we abide by our three day refund policy. He sent an email on Saturday October 17th, which was past our three day refund policyI will now respond to our office hours. Again, this is listed on the front page of our home page among other places on our website as well. Our office hours our 9-6pm Monday through Friday. He sent in email to us on Saturday October 17th. Listed below.I am not allowed to have my cell phone during working hours nor do I have workable M-F during these hoursAccordingly, my phone is on "DO NOT DISTURB" during the hours of through I get a break during middle of day for several hours but the time is variedSo, how do I get ahold of someone?How do you contact me?My email is good but I do not see it during the dayMy message function on the phone also works but there will be a delay when answering.I cannot view the summary write up on the first segmentCan you fix that? If not, please refund my money and I will get another service.Question in the quiz test - I see not correct answer advise?Even through we were closed, we responded to this email listed above as well as three other emails that day and in fact our instructor of the course sent him an email as well to directed him where the summary is on the course and answer his course questions. The instructor even went out of his way (emailing him on Saturday and Sundayand told Mr***s that he can contact him off business hours to accommodate Mr***s schedule. I spoke with her directly.  We have a 6 month expiration which is listed on our website and in their actual course when they access it.  This has been our policy since we began. At Platinum, we are very considerate to our customers, but must remain firm with our extensions as this could...

create problems with our company.

I visited their office in California and the office is now vacant. I consulted the Business License index for the state and find no record of their business license. A company with a similar name had its license revoked. There is not business owners name or address.
 
I have yet to see anything on the website that speaks to a 3 day period. I am discussing equity not contract at any rate.

To Whom It May Concern:
I am responding to the Rebuttal ID number [redacted] where the customer statesthat our expirations of our courses are not stated on our website. I have providedthe following documents showing in fact throughout our main website and includingthe courses website (where the student goes into to access their course) it clearlystates that the course is available for six months upon registration.
Document 1: The customer purchased an EA continuing Professional Education TaxCourses under Effective it states that the course is available for six months uponregistration.
Document 2: The customer must click more information listed below on documentone to proceed to the next page (Document 2), which states once again the course isavailable for six months upon registration. This is the page they add to cart
Document 3: Once they add to cart and finalize the purchase on Document 2, thecourse then is placed in their account. They then login to access their course (seedocument 3 'Welcome to your 2014 EA CPE ..... ") and once again it states the courseis available for six months upon registration.
Please let me know if any additional information is needed but this clearly states
