Platinum Property Mangement

As a property owner they were my most horrible experience of a lifetime. They did not meet their guarantee to me for finding a lessee. I had to find my own renters and still contractually pay them fees to have the property rented. They authorized more than $3,000 dollars in repairs without notice when the contract had a $250 limit for unauthorized repairs. They have attempted to extort fees after the contract ended by placing derogatory credit reports on with two credit agencies. Ultimately, I have had to resort to the Revdex.com, the FTC (Consumer Fin. Protection Bureau), and a court of law to deal with this company.
