G***.The Client made a reservation for the dates of Saturday 9/19/ & Sunday 9/20/and the original reserved times were 9:00am-1:00pm on Saturday and 12:00pm-4:00pm on Sunday.There were vehicles reserved for each dayThose vehicles reserved were Limo Buses and the price was $for each bus on Saturday and $for each bus on SundayThe total original charges were $2, After the reservations were completed hours of overtime charges had been incurred over the days between the vehicles reservedThe overtime charges were $per hour and the total overtime charges for these vehicles was $The total billing for these reservations was $3,MrsG [redacted] is disputing half of her charges $1,According to the complaint email she claims that the air conditioning was not working in one of the buses she had reservedAccording to the terms and conditions agreed to by MrsG [redacted] she needed to notify us of any issue in writing within hours of the serviceI did not receive any noticeMrsG [redacted] The Services ReceivedFiling A Written Complaint Ensures Both Parties, That It Is Fully Understood What The Problem WasPLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC Will Investigate And Attempt To Resolve The Issue With ClientClient Agrees That Any Resolution Or Decision Made By PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC With Regard To Any Issues Will Be FinalThe Company Email Address Is [redacted] & The Office Number Is ###-###-####.”The vehicles and drivers performed the service on the dates and times that were reserved and also the added overtime serviceI was not made aware of any issues that MrsG [redacted] has described until her husband Len G [redacted] contacted us on 11/2/more than a month after the service had been providedThat same vehicle MrsG [redacted] claims that there was an AC issue in, was out on reservations all day the previous day Friday 9/18/and also the night of MrsG***’s first reservations Saturday 9/19/with no complaints at allWe do have a Summer Notice as part of our Terms and Conditions and that Notice states:“Dear Client, I Want To Thank You For Choosing Platinum Ride LimousinesIn The Hot Arizona Summers, Temperatures Will Often Reach Above DegreesDuring The Months Of May Thru September The Limousines May Not Get As Cool As Your Standard Passenger VehicleDue To The Extreme Heat, You And Your Guests May Find It UncomfortablePlease Keep Yourself Hydrated And Try To Keep CoolAll Limousines/Buses Have Upgraded A/C Systems And Are Tested RegularlyHowever, They Will Only Cool The Limousines/Buses So Much When It Is Above Degrees OutsideThe Extreme Heat And Close Proximity Of Your Guests In The Passenger Area Of The Limousines Will Also Add To Your DiscomfortThere Are No Discounts/Returns For Heat Related IssuesPlease Be Patient And Remember We Live In The Hot customer service we did attempt to resolve the issue with MrG [redacted] who had contacted usI made several offers and I thought we had it resolved when MrG [redacted] abruptly rejected the offers and has not returned any of my calls sinceI did also attempt to call MrsG [redacted] several times and also have not received any calls back.MrsG [redacted] agreed to the terms & conditions and failed to make us aware of any issues regarding her service within the time frame set in those terms.In summary, because this was a charity we did make an effort to resolve this matter for MrsG [redacted] in an effort of good customer service, to which all remedies were refused MrsG [redacted] did dispute her charges with her credit card companyWhich violated the terms and conditions she agreed toIn any event, the credit card company did find in our favorThe terms and conditions were agreed to by the ClientThe Client was fully aware of what the terms & conditions were and she agreed to themMrsG [redacted] received the service she reservedI did not receive anything from MrsG [redacted] regarding the issues she has described and furthermore, the vehicle in question performed several other reservations before and after MrsG***’s reservations with no complaintsThis matter has been resolved by the credit card company as we have supplied ample documentation to support our positionAny [redacted] ( [redacted] ’ husband) made a reservation with our company for the date of Saturday 4/1/This was a reservation for a POINT A TO POINT B TRANSFER with a pick up time of 6:00pm and drop off no later than 7:00pm.The vehicle reserved was a Chrysler stretch limo and the price was $with an overtime rate of $Mr [redacted] made a reservation with our company over the busy NCAA FINAL FOUR weekendMr [redacted] reserved a POINT A TO POINT B TRANSFER from the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale AZ to a residence in ScottsdaleWhen Mr [redacted] made his reservation it was explained that he was making a reservation for a Transfer from University of Phoenix Stadium to Mr [redacted] ’s Scottsdale addressWe sent Mr [redacted] a Confirmation Email which also clearly stated he was reserving a POINT A TO POINT B TRANSFERFurthermore, it stated that any wait time, stops or delays would incur overtime chargesThose overtime charges were $and were also clearly stated in the confirmation emailsDuring the course of Mr [redacted] ’s Transfer he directed the driver to stop at several locations including a stop to get alcohol as well as another stop for dinner at an In and Out Burger RestaurantThe final drop off time at the final drop off location was 7:20pmThe $Erica [redacted] is referring to is for the overtime charge for the added stops and also for going past 7:00pmI can understand that Erica may not fully understand the charges and why they were charged as she was not involved in the conversations and may not have seen the confirmation email and text sent to [redacted] That said, after reviewing all the documentation and calls the charges are accurateI want to thank you in advance for your attention to this matterIf you have any further questions I can be reached at [redacted] Respectfully, Frank D [redacted]

email I have just received, the client name is Debbie G[redacted].The Client made a reservation for the dates of Saturday 9/19/2015

original reserved times were 9:00am-1:00pm on
Saturday and 12:00pm-4:00pm on Sunday.There were 2 vehicles reserved for each day. Those vehicles
reserved were Limo Buses and the price was $700.00 for each bus on Saturday and
$600.00 for each bus on Sunday. The total original charges were $2,600.00.
After the reservations were completed 4 hours of overtime charges had been
incurred over the 2 days between the 2 vehicles reserved. The overtime charges
were $200.00 per hour and the total overtime charges for these vehicles was
$800.00. The total billing for these reservations was $3,400.00. Mrs. G[redacted] is disputing half of her charges $1,700.00. According
to the complaint email she claims that the air conditioning was not working in
one of the buses she had reserved. According to the terms and conditions agreed
to by Mrs. G[redacted] she needed to notify us of any issue in writing within 12 hours
of the service. I did not receive any notice. Mrs. G[redacted] had our office number,
email & my direct cell phone number when she had made her reservation. The
Terms and Condition state:“Client Will Have Up To 12 Hours After The
