They customer was told that she needed to contact the manufacture of the faucet and they would warranty the productThe problem is with the product

We informed the customer that the a/c was on back order and there was nothing we could do to get the unit faster, reason for the back order was the a'c company made there units in Mexico the factor caught fire so as you can expect delays were inevitable Talked numerous times to the customer explained the situation they said they understood clearly they didn't, as for waiting for warranty to expire well it could have expired but they still would have had a a/c under warranty when production began againreceived there unit in late august called to setup appointment but they had already moved back to Mississippi

We had a electrical problem while vacationing at sunrise breachWe called this company told them what was going on they came out about an hour later diagnosed the problem Turned out to be a bad converter they installed a new one in the RvEverything works great and our vacation wasn't ruined great company to deal with

As when I first talked to the Revdex.com on 12-9-
I informed them that WE SENT A SERVICE MAN OUT THERE TO ONLY PATCH HER ROOF AS BEST AS POSSIBLE SHE WAS
INFORMED THAT SHE NEEDED A NEW ROOF SHE OPTED TO GO WITH OUT A NEW ROOF Revdex.com would call I explaind this situation several times and that the customer had to be removed from the property, and that we would not be dealing with her any more because of her threats of bodily harm to people that work here

They did install the faucet

Like we said responding to the original complaint back in 4-2-12, We have never done business with this women, we do not know we she is and as for her sending text messages to the company, Our company landline phone and one
company cell phone does not have texting capabilities

in the case of [redacted] the customer bought a faucet from us we did not install the faucet, Since the customer was passing through the area and does not live in the area she was advised to follow the warranty instructions...

that came with the new faucet and the manufacturer of the faucet would send her a new one.
