Review: This business has the worst customer service EVER! I have a Honda that was in dire need of a paint job and so I went to this local place to get a quote on a full body paint job. The owner verbally quoted me; never gave me anything in writing. He had me pay up front and then added an extra $300 at the time of drop off saying I had to fix dent to make it look right when earlier, he said I had the option to fix my dent. He said it would take 5 days. Called on 4th day to see when it would be ready and he stated 2 pm the next day. Suddenly, he calls me back 2 hours later saying it's ready, stating he stayed up until 2 a.m. to finish it. He didn't tell me that two hours prior! I told him I couldn't come get it, so he drove it to my house! He hadn't even washed it, just sprayed it down. It was all gritty, not smooth. There were dried paint drips in front and back. Orange peel finish. Dust was all inside the car. Plastic strips on top of car had been damaged. And he was trying to tell me I would need to pay $200 more and come back in 20 days to get a sand, finish, and polish. I was so upset. I went back the next day and asked him to replace my damaged strips. He tried to deny the damage, said I was trying to intimidate him, said he wouldn't fix it, told me not to think I was smarter than him, blah, blah, blah. He finally had a change of heart, said he would do the sand, finish, polish and no extra charge, and replaced my damaged parts which he had already conveniently ordered and had sitting there in his shop (as if he knew he damaged them, but was waiting for me to notice, hoping I wouldn't and then he could send the parts back). Took my car back again for sanding and then waxing a few days later. Paint job was then satisfactory, however, car was still dirty inside, wax was in crevasses, and his detailer damaged my front windshield because grains of sand had landed in and cracked/scratched my entire front windshield and side mirror! I let him know about it and he didn't say a wordDesired Settlement: If possible, I would like him to pay to replace my front windshield and side mirror that he left scratched and damaged.
