The order in question is an item we sell for American DJ LightingThey drop ship all orders for their vendors*** *** purchased a Micro Hypnotic Laser light which we submitted to American DJAs soon as we got an email from American L about that light being on back order we immediately called
*** to offer a free upgrade to a better light that was valued $over what he purchased and had the same features as the light he wanted plus moreHe stated he just wanted to be refunded.I stated to him our accounting department does refunds on Fridays and that it would email him a transaction receipt*** *** didn't like that answerHe stated he wanted it to be refunded immediately which our department doesn't have access too otherwise I would have been happy to get that done for himHe instead did a *** disputeWe do apologize that the light he wanted was out of stock with American DJWe always take great pride in our customer relationsWe have been in business for years for a reasonIt is unfortunate when an item goes on backorderWe understand the frustrationWe do sell the most popular club and DJ lighting and the lowest possible costWe pride ourselves in our communication with our customers.Platinum Stages
