Communication to me indicated "my account" was about to expire and requested payment by a certain date I was to click a link to continue This wording would catch many folks off guard and trick them into paying for some trial subscription Previous complaints indicated they had trouble getting a refund

this company charge my account $for a program that I don't have and I never signed up for there services and they don't answer calls or call anyone back
