I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

I was first taken to the chiropractor at age 8 for severe ongoing earaches (one visit and corrected). Over the course of my 59 years, I have had some good chiropractors and some not so good. I am compelled to write this review for those looking for good, sound care - as Dr. Infantino is the best that I have ever found. He addresses the root problem. His adjustments are quick, precise and effective. I only wish I had found him years ago.

I'd like to simply begin with the fact that All of the money * has requested has been refunded, and actually was before this complaint was filed. There does seem to be some confusion as it relates to an EOB she received from her insurance company. she believes she owes her insurance co. money....

There is no balance for her to pay to either the insurance company or our office. The $2068.46 she is requesting / disputing was for exam, xrays, chiropractic and physical therapy she received. The majority went to her deductible, not to our office. We've since made attempts to explain this to her personally by phone, email etc but have received no reply. She signed our "Fee Schedule" and an “Assignment of Benefits” form which explained what we'd bill etc. "I will not be returning to your office. Please credit my credit card on file for $50.00"- We refunded $150.  "Candida- I am willing to pay for part of the program. I did get a little bit out of it but I don't think I should have to pay for the full amount.I am willing to pay half of the $3,598.00, which would be $1,800.00. $2,300.00 was charged on my Care Credit account card on 7/13/2017. I would appreciate a credit of $500 to this account." -Done on 8/22/17. Total money refunded to date exceeds what she requested. Again, I think the confusion here arises from her thinking she owes the insurance company the money, which she does not. We called and emailed her immediately to explain this, and have not received a reply yet. I personally text and called her, but received no reply. Honestly, she’s a really great lady, I enjoyed working with her, sorry this happened…I created a complete detailed timeline of all transactions, but it doesnt fit here, ill send in a separate email just want her to be happy ultimately. she's actually a really nice lady, sorry this went so wrong..
