I ordered two wigs over five weeks ago and I have not heard from anyone at this companyI tried calling and the Voicemail states they only check it once a week...I ended up leaving two separate voicemails with no return calls, I have emailed their customer care with no response and I have also sent two messages through the website with no response And there has been no tracking information provided so I hope they do not use that as an excuse Order_Number: XXXXX

I have yet to receive my order placed on 9/and I cannot get anyone from Platinum wigs to respond to my emails requesting the status I purchased my order from Platinum wigs on 9/28/through Paypal and used my American Express as payment thru PaypalI received an email from Platinum Wigs on 10/3/indicating that my order status changed to "Awaiting Shipment"Since that date, I have not received any additional updates regarding my order being shippedI have sent 2-emails to Platinum Wigs' so called "customer care" email but I have yet to receive a responseI have purchased items from Platinum Wigs in the past and have never had a problemNormally, I received my items in a very timely mannerSo it is very disappointing to be experiencing this with them now

I odered [redacted] UNIT INCH 1B on August The email SENT to me stated that my wig was awaiting shipppment I havent recieved any updated info On August the I purchased the [redacted] SOFT [redacted] WITH BANGS REMY LACE FRONT WIG UNSTLYED FOR THE AMOUNT OF USING MY CREDIT CARD THE ODER NUMDER IS *** I CALLED PLATINUM WIGS SEVRAL TIMES AND LEFT MESSAGES WITH NO RESPONSEI ALSO LEFT EMAIL AND AGAIN NO RESPONSEIT IS NOW THE 16TH OF AUGUST AND I STILL HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING REGARGING MY WIG I PLAN TO WEAR IT BY THE 20TH

I placed an order on August 22, It is now September 1stOnline it indicates that you should wait days to receive your order Since placing my order with Platinum Wigs, I have not received an Order confirmationI payed through Paypal service, and they have taken the funds out of my accountThe company name that appears on my Paypal account is "JMG holdings." I have made many efforts to contact Platinum Wigs through their Facebook page, Paypal's resolution center, and even their websiteThey have not responded to neither attempts I have done business with Platinum Wigs in the past with no problem, but I am not concerned that they are maybe on their way out of business? It just seems very unusual that no one is responding from separate avenuesI just want to know what the true status of my order isThe lace that I purchased is listed as an in stock item so I expect it to be shipped within the time frame specified, days from placing the orderI will be following

The complaint that I have is that I never received my goods and I want a refund and no one is getting back with me
To whom it may concern the complaint that I have with platinum wigs is that I purchased goods from them I also paid for faster shipping this was about 1/weeks ago my order still has not shipped yet no one will contact me about my order and no one will contact me about my refund I don't know what else to do there is no contact phone number and I only can contact them through email

I have been ordering wigs from Platinum Wigs for about years now.I was extremely please when I first started with them.The quality of the wigs were just amazing,the cost was a bit pricy but well worth it!Things changed,first they took away phone support and communication period.The shipping started taking longer,the wigs were not the same any more and the last wig which was a huge disappointment and waste of money had a horrible oder,texture and was just a waste of my money.I truly felt this was purposely done,directed totally towards me personally.My husband said just maybe it was one bad wig in the warehouse.I didnt want to return or complain any more just wanted the right wig,so I reordered.Everything went through on the computer a week later I get an email stating I was being refunded from Platinum wigs!No explanation,no nothing.All I was trying to do was reorder so I could replace the wig that was sent to me,hoping this time it would be right.I am so disappointed being a Loyal C

Fraud !!!!! the has avoided my emails and phone calls I don't recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered units on February They stated they ship it out on April 2nd and gave me a used tracking numberWhen I tracked it it stated it was received by ANA in *** on 2/2/I tried contacting platinum wigs numerous times threw email and phone to send me an accurate tracking number The units was for a wedding on April 7thI have not received my unitsThis has been very frustrating and this company has been unprofessionalI will like my account to be refunded

I placed an order on August 13th through PayPaylAfter weeks I was notified that my unit would be delivered 4-weeksOn 9/I sent a message to the seller asking if I would receive my unit by 9/because we are now approaching weeksThe seller responded and cited my order should be shipping soonI received the unit on 9/and when I opened the package it was not even close to the description of the order I had placed on 8/I immediately contacted them to request a returnTo date, my return status on their website states pendingSo when I did not hear back from the seller I contacted PayPal and they decided to open a disputeThe seller then agreed to give me $and denied the request because this was not what I had ordered and if the seller could give me the style I requested and paid for they should have contacted me to let me know and I would have cancelled my
