I was referred to PlatinumCare Carpet Cleaning by my realtor as we are getting our house ready to put on the market
PlatinumCare Services are very professional and their service is outstanding I was able to obtain a quote for cleaning area carpets and schedule the work by phone The staff contacted me to remind me of our appointment, the driver let me know when he was on his way,
The technician who provided the cleaning service walked around the rooms with me to look closely at the carpets and note the areas with spots that had been on each carpet for years (black marker spots from my kids when they were younger and a 'splatter' area on a light beige carpet that also had been there for sometime
The technician moved light furniture and cleaned both rugs in about hours All the spots were gone!!! He cleaned up nicely and gave me follow up information
