Edmentum's policy is that a customer must cancel their monthly subscription prior to the renewal date. The customer's subscription was from 2/20/to 3/19/and renewed on 3/20/for the period 3/20/to 45/19/17. To cancel their order, the customer should of contacted us on or
before 3/19/17, but did not call to cancel their monthly subscription until 3/20/17 However, understanding that this may not have been entirely clear to the customer, Edmentum will refund the charge to the customers credit card for the 3/20/to 4/19/period
