Plato's Closet Greensburg

For the past 3 years, after many attempts to bring my clothes, purses, accessories to be bought by Plates Closet in Greensburg, I will not be returning for good! It usually starts with a man facing the door when I enter the store with my baskets, & every time I tell myself just ignore his rude remarks, and disrespectful attitude! But every time he doesn't disappoint, after going through that horrible experience of dropping my things off, I absolutely hate going back in there to pick up my money for the things they will buy, & getting the unwanted baskets. I then wait patiently to be waited on, but have been told numerous times buying customers come first, but if I along with many other people won't bring are items to your store to be bought! Plates would have no clothing to sale buying customers. I don't respond I just wait while they think they need to do first rather than check me out! Something extremely important that has bothered me now for quite a while, is that most of the clothes are turned inside out that are returned to me, some even having white deodorant stains on them. I then have to wash them so that I may donate them or sometimes give them to a friend of mine. I feel very confident in saying that my clothes are being tried on by the employees there, if they don't fit or they don't like it, it is tossed into my basket just as they removed from themselves. I do take my things also to Monroeville Platos Closet, & some other resale shops in my area. Platos Greensburg is always a problem or they have an issue with something. This last time was the last straw. Even the girls that work behind the counter have something going on in that store where they think they can belittle you, & have no respect for customers! I have seen that the store was up for sale, maybe the new owners will take care of this terrible employee attitude. I won't be back, but for future customers, buying or selling there clothes! To be quit honest I am being very gracious in telling my experiencies in the Greensburg Platos
