requested that she bring the car to Felton Holly Kia to have the tires inspected and replaced if required. We are currently coordinating that work with Mrs. [redacted].Part of the requirement for maintaining the tires for life is that all required service work be completed at Holly Kia, either the Selbyville or Felton location.  Part of that requirement is that you must have an alignment check done at least every 12 months or 15,000 miles whichever occurs first.  Even thou Mrs. [redacted] has failed to have all service work completed when required, we are still going to make good this time on our part for the tires for life.
