Since the original job was done as contracted and the warranty work that was to be completed was a result of a part defect and no something we did we are not willing to refund this customers money, we attempted to fix the problem under warranty and the customer refused because they felt as though it was taking longer than they wanted it toAt this point we ask that this complaint be dropped as the original work was completed as requested, signed and paid for and the warranty work needing to be completed was not a fault of ours but a manufacturer defect in parts used, The problem was being worked on when the customer demanded their parts back, STOLE parts that were purchased by us to complete the warranty work and then went against our signed agreement for the warranty and had someone other than Elite Performance and Auto complete the warranty workIt clearly states in our warranty agreement that all warranty work must be completed by Elite Performance and Auto and we do not accept any financial liability for the customer choosing to take the vehicle elsewhere to get the work doneThis was also clearly explained to Mr*** and his wife via text and phone call to ensure that they understood this before the Heads to their vehicle were returned to them because they had expressed that they would no longer like to have us do the work

This vehicle was fixed as quickly as we could get it fixedThere were issues getting the proper parts and because the customer had driven the car in excess after issues started caused the crank to need to be replaced, it then took time to get the parts in causing the job to take MUCH longer that
expected to completeWe received the wrong crank to begin with, then there were multiple delays getting replacement crank at which point without any additional cost to the customer we replaced the engine instead of continuing with the rebuildThere have been a few minor issues with this vehicle since the repairs were complete and they have been fixed as quickly as we could get it taken care of

I was initially told that it would be about a day jobElite performance said that they were waiting on the crank and that it would take to daysThen as time continued to pass, Ms*** said that they were waiting on the part to come from Japan (4/18/2015) Until I read their response, I was only told about the one crank from Japan I was told that the crank that came in was for the wrong size motorI guess this is when they decided to go back to the original plan, which was to replace the motor, not to rebuild it When I picked up the car on May 6, 2015, the car barely moved starting off ** said the issue was a result of no gas, but the next morning it did the same thing with gasIt then began to act as if it would cut off if I stopped at a red light or stop signSo I stopped by the shop** asked me to drive it a couple hundred miles to give the computer time to registerI said okay because I trusted his expertise and I knew that he guaranteed his work and the motor for monthsThe next Tuesday, May 12th, I was going to the mailbox and I noticed a for rent sign on the buildingI stopped by on Wednesday May 13thI was told to come back the next day because he didn't have timeThat night, I went to church in *** and the car had a hard timeThankfully I made it to church and backI went back on Thursday, May 14th at the time we had set and no one was at the shopI called and they asked me to come back the next dayI went back on that Friday, May 15th The other mechanic was sent out because they were in the process of moving While he looked, I notice that the antifreeze reservoir was emptyThe gentlemen filled the reservoir with waterHe said every thing was fineThey talked about ordering my lights that were broken doing the service(a piece broke that would not allow them to be tightened.) On May 29, at 2:pm, the car cut off in the middle of the road and it rolled into the QT parking lot, by the grace of GodI called several times and no one answeredI was finally able to get through, but *** was on an important phone callMy sister had to come to pick me up *** did call back at 4:pm** came on Sunday, May 31st at 7:pm to pick up the keyOn Wednesday June 3, 2015, he picked up the car from the QT in *** in the evening*** and I have been talking back and forth via text messageAs of June 5th, ** was unsure of what was going on with the vehicle I am hoping for excellent service and a quick resolve This is the only vehicle that I have to get back and forth to workI consider the matter unresolved pending the fixing of the vehicle

The original job was done and the customer took possession of vehicle and drove it for 20 days when thebwater pump went out due to manufacturer defect. We were in the process of completing the warranty work and customer demanded their parts back and refused to allow us to complete the warranty work...

and refused to return the unused parts that were purchased by us to complete the warranty work. As this was by their own choice to not allow us to do the warranty work after we had already disassembled the vehicle and purchased parts to fix the problem under warranty and at no cost to the customer we believe that this claim should be dropped as we attempted to hold up to our end of the agreement and the customer refused.

Better Business Burea, the company lied to me about sending the heads they are referring to to a shop to be machined. Their own employee was standing beside [redacted] while I was on the phone and sent me a picture of the heads in a van, at the same time that I was being told that they were in the shop. So I need a full refund of all money paid. I also hope that the Revdex.com will do a full investigation on [redacted] and Elite as a company that is a fraud. He even said to me and I quote "Try to sue me, I'm filing bankruptcy on that business, so good luck with that". I  just want my money back and for this not to happen to anyone else.

I went by the shop after seeing the for rent sign. ** said that if I had any problems that they would  come to my home or I could  bring the car to their home. They would be fixing  cars under warranty at their home. On Monday, June 8, 2014, this is the text conversation concerning the  vehicle:Me: Hello [redacted], any breathtaking through with the Subaru?Brandy: ** is trying  to get in touch with someone he knows that may be able to help, still working  on figuring  it out.Me: What is the address of where the car is located? Brandy: It's at my house.Me: What's the  address?I'm sorry I don't give my home address out, if you want the car brought  to you I can arrange that.Me: Ok , bring the car please.Brandy: If I bring the car you will be required to sign awarranty release since work is not finished. Me: Bring the car, thanks.Brandy: Ok we will  bring  the car tomorrow, that's  the earliest  we can do it.Me: What time?Brandy: I'll let you know what time in the am.Me: You can bring the car on Saturday since you don't know the time. Thanks. Unless ** gets it fixed before then.Brandy: If you want us to bring it to you I'm not going to keep having him take time away from what he could be doing to make money to pay our bills to try and figure it out he will bring it tomorrow  because  we won't be in the state Saturday, as soon I know what time I will let you know.I haven't  heard from her since and the car was not there on Tuesday.  I don't  know where the car is nor do I know that  it has been worked on. I am amazed that it took  2 months initially to get it fixed 5 days to pick it up when it stopped, and they said they could return it unfinished in a day.  This is totally  wrong and it must be fixed immediately. I have to make money as well as pay bills too, and I need transportationto do so.

The business never came to tow my vehicle when 24/7 roadside assistance is part of the warranty agreement.  After sitting in a parking lot for 5 days my wife had the vehicle towed to our house. They took parts from our vehicle to have work done and 3 weeks later they had not even been started the job is a two day job. I would know this since we refused to keep being lied to the truck was fixed by an alternative shop we decided to do business with in 2 days time. The business made no effort to uphold their warranty contract. In fact when they said they would be towing the vehicle they were closing their shop and a for rent sign went up. They had no plans to get this work done, I lost over 1,000 in business during this time. They continously told lies that have been proven with facts that they were lies.

As the vustomer has requested that we bring her the vehicle prior to us being able to figure out why the vehicle isnt getting any spark we have done as much as we are able to do. At this point we do knownit isnt anything internal on the motor which is what is covered in the warranty but have been unable to determine what is keeping the motor from getting spark. Per the customer she has asked that we tow the vehicle back to her preventing us from continuing to diagnose and attempt to repair the vehicle

Per the agreement signed by the customer we do not cover other shops completing warranty work. I also request proof that this alternate shop is a licensed repair facility and that they had the heads machined as per standard procedure when changing head gaskets on a vehicle. I also am requesting the customer return the parts purchased by our company on our account to complete this warranty work. Also the delay in completing the warranty work was with the manufacture of the water pump that caused the issue to begin with and not with our company, and nowhere in any of our warranty agreement is 24/7 roadside assistance part of our warranty agreement.
