Per the agreement signed by the customer we do not cover other shops completing warranty workI also request proof that this alternate shop is a licensed repair facility and that they had the heads machined as per standard procedure when changing head gaskets on a vehicleI also am requesting the customer return the parts purchased by our company on our account to complete this warranty workAlso the delay in completing the warranty work was with the manufacture of the water pump that caused the issue to begin with and not with our company, and nowhere in any of our warranty agreement is 24/roadside assistance part of our warranty agreement
As the vustomer has requested that we bring her the vehicle prior to us being able to figure out why the vehicle isnt getting any spark we have done as much as we are able to doAt this point we do knownit isnt anything internal on the motor which is what is covered in the warranty but have been unable to determine what is keeping the motor from getting sparkPer the customer she has asked that we tow the vehicle back to her preventing us from continuing to diagnose and attempt to repair the vehicle

Better Business Burea, the company lied to me about sending the heads they are referring to to a shop to be machinedTheir own employee was standing beside [redacted] while I was on the phone and sent me a picture of the heads in a van, at the same time that I was being told that they were in the shopSo I need a full refund of all money paidI also hope that the Revdex.com will do a full investigation on [redacted] and Elite as a company that is a fraudHe even said to me and I quote "Try to sue me, I'm filing bankruptcy on that business, so good luck with that"I just want my money back and for this not to happen to anyone else Regards, [redacted] ***
