contacted me on 12/29/about a problem with his shinglesI immediately contacted and gave the customer ***s phone number to contact them (email attached)Mr*** contacted *** Homes and *** Homes told him he would have to file a claim with *** ***(Email attached)Mr*** emailed me for a copy of his purchase agreement on Feb 5th, 2015, which I sent to him to supply *** *** (email attached).Mr*** then contacted me again on 5/10/stating the shingle manufacturer said the shingles were put on wrong as well as two roofersI told Mr*** to give us the reports so I could send to *** Homes (email attached).I contacted *** Homes on 5/11/asking if any reports were sent to them by *** *** and or Mr*** and as of 5/11/There have been no reports sentIf you need any further information on this feel free in contacting me at (518)563-8722.*** ***

We received your letter and take our consumers complaints very
seriouslyAs you can see by the Purchase Agreement sent By the
Consumer Mrs, *** has a 30-day warranty only on certain items
on her pre-owned homeThe items listed are not warrantedBut in
good faith to Mrs
*** we have addresses her concerns and they
have been taken care of

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.*** did have their maintenance guys come out to fix the blown off shingles shortly after I moved my family in but did not fix it correctly nor did they fix the underlying issue which is that the roof was not installed correctlySince they came and did patch work on the roof they have not returned to look at the issueIts as if they don't care about their customersIt doesn't take a report to see that there's so many staples sticking out of the shinglesThey refuse to come out to assist me with my issueIts a take your money and run companyI will climb on my roof yet again and post pictures here soonBuyers that are reading this please bewareIf I buy a car from Ford and have an issue am I expected to go to Detroit Michigan for repairs? That's the responsibility of the local dealer.

*** from the business called Revdex.com and explained that there are no shingles missing and there is no leakage, and that the manufacturer, ***, would be willing to come out if there were a documented problemThe shingles are installed at the factory and has nothing to do with the local business

They did contact me and I understood the agreement, but was not having problems with anything in the day warranty I contacted them about a broken window within a short time of the trailer being deliveredWas told it would be fixed and someone would be there on a certain dayWhen no one showed, I repeatedly called to no availThat's when I contacted youThe salesman who sold me the trailer said that if I had any problems even months down the road, he would take care of itHave been unable to contact him, was repeatedly told he was unavailable I only wanted the cracked window fixedIt was cracked but hidden by the blinds when I bought itNo one complained when I called about it, just kept putting me off.
When they contacted me after they received message from you, they weren't all to niceThe second call was more pleasant.
Am still waiting on company they contacted tho to fix glass
