The website regularly lists shows that are listed as sold out on the siteI contacted play by play about thisand asked why they bothered to list them if theywere not availableIt doesn'tmake any senseMany of the shows are for standing room only or entrance into clubs where an additional food or drink purchase is mandatory All inall, ut has been a waste of money and a disappointing experienceThey also list many events that requiremore thanthe regular reservation fee It might havebern a good program once butit isn't now

Truly an amazing organization. They are a seat filling service that gives free tickets to broadway and off broadway shows. So lucky to be a part of it. Have been a member now for 4 years.

Review: In June 2013, I paid $115 for their annual ticket service which provides discount tickets to various entertainment events. After they confirmed 2 show tickets, I went to pick up the tickets.

Due to a very bad knee we asked if we could pick the tickets without waiting on line, a gentleman by the name of [redacted] who was distributing the tickets went crazy and had a fit. He rudely told us to get on line and then refused to give us the tickets that we had paid for and then told us he was kicking us out of the service and WOULD NOT REFUND OUR MONEY EVEN THOUGH WE HAD PAID FOR A YEAR. I had to call [redacted] to dispute this charge. After [redacted] agreed with me and reversed the charges, I find that unbeknownst to me Play-by-Play CHARGED ME ANOTHER $115

in September even though they refused to provide a service.

I would recommend you use [redacted] or any number of other competitors.
