Although we have always had a very positive experience with the organizations and coaches who rent this facility, the ownership and front desk staff are terrible! When approached with questions, they are consistently rude and unhelpful. Recently, I experienced the utmost disrespect from the owner of the building. My young child had misplaced his ball. After gathering a large amount of courage to go ask for help, he was yelled at for playing with a ball (in a facility designed for sports!), resulting in a lot of tears. After approaching the owner to talk over the situation, she refused to speak with me, nor would she give me her name. As a mom of multiple children who use that facility to play sports, I was appalled by how both my son and myself were treated. How can someone in a leadership position interact so poorly with those who give her business? I, for one, will never enroll my children in sports at that facility again, and I urge anyone reading this review to do the same!
