Review: I traded in games for money with a Play N Trade in Jackson NJ on Hope Chapel RD. The man who ran the store shut it down without paying me the credit of 60$ before closing the store. I have called the corporate office about 20 times in the last month trying to get in contact with them to see if they would be willing to transfer my credit. When I had finally gotten a hold of someone they said they would look into it. I got in touch with a store in [redacted] that said they would be happy to take my credit and that [redacted] would call corporate to get the details on how to transfer it. Well I called [redacted] back about a week later and he said that his corporate office had been dodging and ignoring his calls. I have been trying to get the transfer done for about the last 3 months or so. I believe I am entitled to the 60 dollars that was mine. I was even willing to go an hour out of my way to a different store. Which is a waste of my gas and my time, but I want the money I am owed.Desired Settlement: I would either like a refund to me in the form of a check, cash, or the store credit I've been after for the last few months. I don't want to be ignored anymore. What they're doing to me and other people who had credit in Jackson is just wrong! Please help me in getting what they owe me.
